"We had dinner here tonight, and everything was exceptional. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees, which was more than enough for two big appetites. Each dish was delicious, and the service excelled. There's something truly special about a restaurant run by its owners, and I wish I lived closer to Mee Mah so I could dine here more often. Chicago has a fantastic food scene overall, and from my experience, the Chinese cuisine here rivals that of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle—almost the best you can find outside of China. Mee Mah is indeed a hidden gem. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Chicago so I can plan another meal at this wonderful family-owned Chinese restaurant."

The food was fantastic. The service was OK. I felt like I was being rushed to eat and get the hell out of there. I think next time I will do takeout. Because in all honesty, their food is really good.

The food was good and it was served hot and in the right order. The server was seasoned and knew how to treat customers and serve the dishes correctly. They had numerous carryout during the time we were there, which showed that there is an audience for their food.

We had a family dinner on Friday night, and this restaurant is truly a gem! It brings back memories of classic 1970s Cantonese-American cuisine. Every dish we chose was fantastic. The atmosphere was quiet, though we did dine quite late. This will definitely be a go-to spot for us when we're in the area! View menu

The service was kinda terrible but the food was not good and now my stomach is upset and so is my sister’s and there was no music playing and it was an overall not good experience and would never go back again and the chicken was not even fresh witch is very disappointing. The fried rice was missing soy sauce when it was cooked and even the seasoning witch is upsetting. The restaurant was small and too many mirrors

What a fantastic find! This restaurant has such an intimate atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner with close friends and family. It really has that warm, welcoming vibe. The food is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I’m usually careful when ordering beef dishes since they can often be overcooked or tough, but here, the beef was tender, well-seasoned, and fresh. I had a wonderful family lunch today!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
