"(Grade A The food was generally good. The Bolognese Pizza was awesome, the crust rates a neck of a lot better than it looks. We also ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, the Buffala Burrata (again awesome , the Papardelle alla Dominica was all also good. The Penne Putanesca had too much garlic for me, it overpowered the sauce. The mushroom soup was very bad for me, it was a little too earthy, will definitely not order it again. The desserts, we had the Pana Cotta (A , Ricotta tart (B+ and lastly the Tiramissu (C+ . The service was awesome, the owner even goes around table to table and makes sure to touch base, which is a nice touch."

Food was okay. Service was very good. It was a little over priced. Might come back and try brunch

Excellent service, food, and price for authentic Italian cuisine in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. We were thrilled to get a reservation on New Year's Day, as many restaurants were closed.

We've been wanting to stop here for a long time--we drive by several times each week. The food was simply amazing--perfectly prepared and so flavorful--and everything I'd expect in a top notch Italian eatery. Pasta was nicely al-dente and the sauce was bursting with tomato flavors. Wine pours were also good and rather generous, too. We were there on V-day, so it was a bit crowded. But definitely worth it.

Laughably bad. Our server was definitely high, the drinks were HILARIOUS (frozen drinks half blended so ice chunks were an impossible size), food was about half as good if I made the same at home, ambiance nothing like the website. We left after one round of drinks and 2 appetizers when our waiter wouldn’t stop asking personal questions and shaming us for keeping the menus he wouldn’t take away on our table. View menu

This is real Italian. I haven't had food like this since I was in Italy. The bread alone (which they make there) is to die for you can smell it when a basket goes by your table. The chef specials are great, and I told them they need to bottle and sell the pink vodka sauce. The difference in quality of their food goes above and beyond many so called Italian places. If you want a meal that tastes like you're eating in Italy at the home of the best chef in town and their family, this is the place to go. Full of flavor, love, dedication to excellence, we will definitely be coming back regularly.

This has been one of my favorite neighborhood spots for years! I love everything on the menu, but my ultimate comfort food is their eggplant Parmesan casserole! Even when it’s not a special, they’re always happy to make it for me as an appetizer, turning it into my guilty pleasure. Their pastas and pizzas are incredible too, and the owner, Anthony, is a gracious host. He also employs a wonderful staff. Occasionally, his family members step in for him, but they don’t quite capture his charm and spirit. If you’re looking for authentic Italian in a cozy setting, be sure to make this place one of your stops!
