"We arrived at 1, knowing that they close at 2:30, figuring that was plenty of time for our lunch. We could not find the entrance, as we approached from the street rather than from the parking lot. Finally we entered from the patio, and came into a nearly empty restaurant. There were only two other people there at that time. We ordered and were served quickly. The food was good, but pricey. We had one large (Dragon) roll and a 3-item bento box, one hot tea and one iced tea, and the bill came to $39.70. At 1:40 the waitress brought the check to the table and said they were closing out, could we please pay! When I questioned the time, she said they wanted to close early. So we felt rushed."

Casual quality spot. Expensive for the food. Rice was a little piece-y, and chicken teriyaki was average. Florescent lighting above the sushi bar made it sterile feeling. Overall quality of sushi was great, but other factors detracted.

This may just be the best sushi spot in Mountain View. I haven’t bothered going to a new place since I’ve tried Mizu. Not only is the sushi delicious, the service is fantastic. They also give out complementary miso soup! Highly recommend this place!

It is an pretty good restaurant and clean interior and exterior. Portion sizes are pretty good and large and we (2ppl) were stuffed with two sushi rolls and an appetizer. The rolls were decorated beautifully as well. The price however is on the pricyside and they’ve risen more than inflation. View menu

Delicate and delicious Japanese food. It was a little pricey. Also the staff recommend us to add chips to the tapas, without telling us it cost extra $5, give the appetizers was $22. I feel not good about this : the rolls were delicious and with largeportions. Hope the menu could include more categories of Japanese cuisine.

the ambiente was peaceful, and I found it a comfortable place to eat. the waitress was friendly and informative, and she was good, a new customer feel comfortable. I was disappointed with the taste of sushi. the sashimi was served too cold, the largest part of the taste from it. the wasabi was not very hot, and I usually expect a bit of it. the unagi sushi was pretty good. for the price I expected a higher quality.
