The pizza and bread were fantastic. The driver was excellent, but unfortunately, the No Name Cake was placed together with the pizza and bread, causing the chocolate cream to melt.

This is the second time in a row that my pizza didn’t have the right toppings, and now my husband’s pizza also had the wrong toppings. However, it was still delicious! I just wish we could get the correct toppings. View menu

I ordered a Caesar salad, but it was lacking both the lettuce and toppings; it was just a bowl of dressing. Unbelievable! Additionally, half of my pizza and cheesy bread were burnt and crispy. I usually enjoy them a lot, but they really didn't deliver today.

This is the best and fastest pizza I've ever had! It was really busy, but the staff handled it like true professionals. I loved the option to customize my own classic pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños, spinach, olives, and extra cheese. I'll definitely be returning to satisfy my pizza cravings!

I asked for a refund, but an unhelpful male staff member told me they couldn't offer a refund or a discount because I had placed my order online. This left me with an order I didn't want. It turned out they had run out of tomatoes and other ingredients that were supposed to be on my pizza. Frustrated by the employee's dismissive tone and the long wait, I ultimately decided to leave. I absolutely love this pizza chain! It's akin to Subway, but for pizza. The location in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on Skibo Rd, was impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly. The pizzas tasted incredible. If you ever have the chance to visit a Mod Pizza, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy the atmosphere along with some truly delicious pizza. You can either choose from their menu or create your own fantastic pizza with all your favorite toppings.

Additionally, the air conditioning was off; we ended up moving outside when it got a bit chilly (not freezing, but definitely uncomfortable). The dining room and bathroom could really use someone dedicated to keeping things organized. On a positive note, they had standard gluten-free options, which was appreciated. Overall, the pizza was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend visiting during peak hours if this is how they normally operate—especially since it was 7 PM on a Monday.

Update from a week ago: I returned to the restaurant tonight and was happy to find the food to be excellent. I'm not sure what issues they faced in the past. Fortunately, I was able to find suitable options for my diabetic family members, and the restaurant was clean with great service. I've been a long-time visitor and previously rated it five stars, but I've noticed a decline at MODS recently. However, tonight I encountered a problem: MODS is the only place that offers decent cauliflower pizza, which is a good meal choice for my diabetic family members.
