Wish I could give them 0 stars. I went yesterday and the workers were all angry and were being mean to me for no good reason. Would never come again. Chipotle is better.

This visit was awful! Even with 9 employees, the wait was long, the food was cold. They messed up my order. It was filthy. No soda in self serve machine. Trash overflowing the bins

I decided to give Moe's another chance, despite getting sick there years ago. Not much has changed, except I didn't get sick this time. The food was okay at best. My bowl was decent, but the chips were stale. I would recommend saving your money and going to Chipotle instead.

Weekly spot for a few guys at my office, staff there on Thursday is always above and beyond. We either order online and pickup or go as a group and order there and both are always perfect. The employee who works the counter every Thursday makes sure that we have everything we need and takes very good care of us! Highly recommend

prices are so ridiculously high here! I have a children's quesadilla and a bowl of queso and I remember the sum of about 9-10 dollars for the same, but the whole last night came to 17 dollars. then come to find out a bowl of queso is $9 that is ridiculous. the bowl of queso was more expensive than my meal itself. never go until the prices fall! I've been going to this moe since she was opened in our city, and in the years I've just looked at how it's in operation. I've never written a review of everything for eating, but that made me so angry. I am a creature of habit, I never change my order, and it was always a big burrito, but now it's nothing else than brot with a few beats. I get that I don't evade and drill, but the standard is now not adding extra toppings to fill out the rest of the burrito, they keep it junior size.

I ordered my food through the mobile app, but unfortunately, when I got to my car, I realized that my order was wrong. When I went back to the restaurant to ask about the mistake, the cashier acknowledged that she knew it was incorrect but did not communicate this to the person preparing the order. The manager eventually credited the cost of the wrong item, but it was disappointing that they did not seem bothered by the error. I used a birthday coupon for my order, so I appreciated the apology but the lack of attention to detail and customer service was not acceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I can always rely on this Moes location! The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Despite receiving a large online order while the restaurant was busy, Ray, who prepared our food, remained cheerful and engaging with customers, adding a positive atmosphere to the busy restaurant. Even with some impatient customers and technical issues, the staff handled everything with a smile and made sure our food was ready within 10 minutes and still hot. They even took the time to greet every customer with a warm welcome. Ray also checked in on us while we enjoyed our meal, making it the best experience I've had at a Moes.
