"This restaurant clearly doesn't have mores that know what, they are doing .or care to do there jobs correctly we reserved a room to,have our rehearsal dinner at,3 months in advance and some how they seemed to,have not put us in there system and now we have no where to do this at because it's graduation weekend and rainin we are in a situation that will leave a bad memory in the process of us getting married This is not a family restaurant and the workers are incompetent The manager clearly does not know how to run a restaurant and won't even let us reserve tables because it's graduation weekend . I belive who ever the owner of this chain is should seriously look at this location because if they make mistakes like this they, are making more that is costing them money"

Good pizza, but the lady who works did not have the best customer service. She had a number of people several times, but was in no hurry to get from behind. She seemed to flirt and personal conversations that looked like the supplier. If customer service had been better, I would definitely give a higher rating.

Excellent service, tasty pizza, and a lively atmosphere. I was really impressed by the customer service we received at the checkout; she helped us choose the right pizza and was very kind and attentive. The pizza was delicious as usual, and I appreciated the clean environment, especially since I had my 9-month-old son with me.

Went in for all you can eat wednesday from 6 to 9 for 9.99. They bring around freshly baked pizza for you to choose from. This particular night they had 1 person working all orders and the register and serving. Ended up getting 5 small slices total with long breaks between. Would have been a completely different experience if they had just 1 more person to help. I will give it another try because the pizza is great.

The food here is quite good, though the prices are a bit on the higher side. One nice perk is that when you order a soda, you can enjoy free refills. If you're opting for delivery, there's a $5 fee, and it’s customary to tip the driver an additional $2. This location is great because they have a large back room available for meetings and parties, but just make sure to reserve it in advance. The room itself is very spacious. View menu

My family and I ordered the club pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy while still being moist and fluffy. The sauce was rich and garlicky—I'd highly recommend it. The pizza delivery guy even came into our house to set up the pizza in the kitchen without us asking, and he brought extra ranch dressing too! Thank you, Mountain Mike's, for an unforgettable pizza experience that I will cherish for life!

I want to give a big shout-out to Issac, who works here and kindly let me borrow his phone for over an hour. He was incredibly understanding when I accidentally locked my keys in my car and had faith that I would do the right thing. I can't thank him enough for his generosity! Also, a quick tip: check out Mountaint Mike's on Wednesdays for an all-you-can-eat deal for just $10, which includes pizza, salad, dessert pizza, and soft drinks!

I walked in today, at 12:30pm, and asked for a slice of cheese pizza to go. The nice younger lady looks at me then looks at the empty pizza by the slice heating box, and says tells me that they were waiting for a single slice order till they made the for slices pizzas. So id have to wait 15 minutes since I was the first to order a slice. Huh? Why would you have a big banner outside your establishment advertising pizza by the slice, only to have no pizza by the slice ready? I took my elsewhere. View menu

Living just a few blocks away, this place is truly the best food option within walking distance for us. Sometimes we opt for delivery, but it’s always delicious no matter how we order. We are definitely happy customers! We're going to be sad when we move out of the area soon, and we hope to find another Mountain Mike's with the same welcoming staff and amazing food near our new home, just like the one on 5th Walnut in Chico. Thank you for the wonderful memories and for always serving us hot and yummy pizza!

If I could give a negative review, I would. Don 't even know where to start.. I 've had numerous problems with the staff here. About 3 months ago, the manager was not only very rude but messed up on our order and didn 't bring the ranch (that we paid $5 extra for). Then today, I order a pepperoni pizza and I get Olive and sausage. When calling to get the damn pizza that I ordered, they tell me I can purchase it, for a discount . I advise going to the mountain mikes on mangrove. I will never go back here. They are rude and incompetent... seriously, how hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza?

"The food is five stars, and I'll probably eat again here. I have to order differently, because the cook and the waiting staff do not meet. I've eaten several times here. Every time there was a togo folder. The food here was excellent every time. I like the way they do their lemon chicken. Lemon Huhn may be my favorite Chinese dish. So I was excited to find a place that did it well and did it as I liked it. The last couple of times I asked for no onions in my chow, the vegetable dish or wherever it could be taken out. I also asked about him with the personal combos (I asked for no onions). There was never a problem, regardless of the fact that it was a duck or personal combo to get it without onions (I also don't like peas in fried rice, I don't like peas at all, they are just green ****). Today both the server and the boss refused to let onions from the chow and fried rice. They said they couldn't do it with the personal combo. I didn't want onions. To let them out something that would be easier unless they do not reorder every order. They have probably suggested the portions for the personal combo with the onions already in the mix, and then throw each order on the wok, and maybe they can't take off the onions. Or whatever. Find a way to get the onions out. Not everyone likes onions. Or some people could be allergic to them. I have a cheeseburger somewhere, and now I have to find a new Chinese restaurant."
