"I had never heard of this place until a group of my friends mentioned it. The overall look feels a little sterile and dark. Having a large group of over 20+ people I wasn't expecting very good service, because it can be hard to get anything out quickly. However they were quick and bread baskets were provided. You can order the seasoned oil to dip it into. The food came out promptly and the waitress was very sweet. The pizzas look authentic to a true Italian pizza and less like the pizza you find at chains which is great.I ended up getting a pasta dish of chicken Alfredo. They were extremely generous with the chicken and it was delicious. The sauce was a bit disappointing as was the pasta. (This is more personal preference, as I don't like cut pasta and the Alfredo had the taste of imitation butter to me. My husband got a calzone and unfortunately it was undercooked and cold. They quickly remade it but unfortunately the ricotta inside was still refrigerator cold. The manager took it off and offered another meal on the house.Though I might not come back for a pasta dish, I may come back for the pizza as all those who got one were extremely impressed."

"At the counter, the staff member explained how to order the boil bags. I opted for a pound of crawfish, a pound of mussels, half a pound of shrimp, two small red potatoes, and half a corn on the cob. My husband ordered the same, but he chose crab instead of mussels and added sausage. The staff member recommended the manager's special for the sauce, which featured Cajun lemon pepper seasoning. We were able to select our spice levels, and both went with medium. We also ordered sodas, and our total came to $99. While it may seem pricey, we felt it was well worth it. We plan to return about once or twice a month. The tables are lined with wax paper, allowing for a fun and casual dining experience where you can simply dump the bags out and dig in. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and I even took some home for my daughter. I reheated it in a 320°F oven, covered, for 10 minutes, and she loved it as well. So, with our order, we managed to feed three people. The restaurant also offers outdoor dining if that's your preference. Plus, there’s a deep sink available for washing your hands after the meal, since it can get pretty messy. As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available."

"Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a positive atmosphere and excellent customer service. I was able to place my order from my car without any issues. The staff member informed me it would take about 15 minutes, and I appreciated her suggestion to come back then. She efficiently handled my order and payment, making the process quick and easy. Thank you for going above and beyond; as a rideshare driver, I truly needed this little break. Your kindness was much appreciated. Wishing you a wonderful and blessed weekend! "Ordered a ribeye steak. It came out cold, and our waiter was always in a hurry. He didn’t give us much of his time. I have always been to this place with friends and family which I have always had a good turn out my family has also reserved 207 for parties with great experience as well. But This was a bad experience for date night. I’m hoping it’s just this one time."

"This restaurant is not a buffet, despite buffet prices. The cost is $20, including iced tea, and the food is served on plastic plates from a steam table by a server. You can choose one meat for a set price or two meats for a higher price. You can only take one trip to the food line. Free refills on iced tea are offered. The food is delicious, with options like fried chicken, okra, mashed potatoes (without gravy), moist meatloaf, and cornbread. The waiter was friendly and attentive, accepting payment by credit card. The atmosphere is a bit lacking, with poor signage from the road entrance (not the kitchen side) and not RV-friendly parking."
