"While there were only two servers present, and that completely explains the slow service that we experienced, there were several other issues with our experience at Gracie's. The online menu and tab service, while easy to use, had bad information, or no information. For example, an item marked grilled shrimp cocktail was represented by a picture and description of an heirloom tomato caprese salad. Another entry was titled salmon with beurre blanc sauce, but had a description of seared ahi tuna and a picture of seared ahi tuna. Unfortunately, because they were so short-staffed last night there was no way to really get someone to answer questions about those items or the items without any descriptions at all. This could be solved by having a chalk board listing the soup of the day, and whatever the smashed and chopped special was that was listed on the electronic menu. The meat on my kabobs (steak and chicken) were cooked perfectly, however it came with a semi-crunchy rice dish instead of the Brussels sprouts slaw on the menu. My husband's meatloaf came as listed, but was completely average. Both of our sides were warm, but not as warm/hot as our mains."

No problem getting a reservation as we were the only people in there at 6 pm on a Friday night. Presentation of food could be more appealing. Nice staff and location.

Just went and the place was empty. It was recommended that we have reservations but we were the only people there. The food was amazing and we can't wait to try it again.

They were closed when I arrived! There was a long line of people who had made reservations, and nobody apologized or provided any explanation. I traveled all the way from Dayton for this. This will definitely not happen again. They should at least indicate closures in the app, on their phone message, or on the door!

Overall, the food was pretty good. I ordered the catfish dinner, which came with mac and cheese and greens. The mac and cheese was delicious, but the greens were quite bland—they tasted like they came straight out of a can and lacked any real flavor. The catfish itself was very tasty, but for the price, I expected to receive three pieces instead of just two.
