"Although I do not need to follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons, I do try to limit my gluten intake as it tends to make me feel sluggish. While in town for business, I came across this restaurant. I tried their incredible pumpkin bread with maple pecans and the indulgent chocolate cookie sandwich filled with caramel. It was absolutely delicious and far from the typically dry and dense gluten-free options. I may not know when or if I will return to Green Bay, but I will definitely remember this restaurant if I do."

So anything you miss or dream about they have it!! Vegan gluten free and soy free!! All very reasonable in price like 2 dollars for a donut so basically heaven for a vegan with a sweet tooth

Although I don't require gluten-free options, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that everything at this restaurant was vegan. I enjoy cooking, but I'm not the best baker. However, I was able to purchase and freeze several bakery items to enjoy when I crave something sweet. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I believe I may have been speaking with the owner. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I had the most amazing pumpkin bread with maple porcans and the richest, most decadent chocolate cookie sandwich filled with caramel in the middle. like omg! sweet, damp, tasty! none of these dry, dense gluten-free stigma. not sure when or when I return to green bay, but I will not forget it when I do.
