"Frustrated, we asked to speak to the manager, but his demeanor was less than sympathetic; he came off as somewhat condescending. He informed us that our order had been placed late by the bartenders, despite the fact that we were seated in the main dining area, not the bar. Eventually, our food arrived, but we were already running late for our show, so we had to rush through our meal and drinks. The manager did offer to cover the cost of our beverages, but after that gesture, he disappeared. When the check finally came, we found that the alcohol charges were still included. One of the bartenders argued with us about it before finally removing the charges. Clearly, there was a breakdown in communication between our servers and the manager, which only underscored the feeling that our experience didn't matter to them. If you decide to dine at The Neighborly, be mindful of who is taking your order and serving your table. If it's a bartender, they may get sidetracked and neglect your order, resulting in the same unpleasant experience we had."

We had amazing food and service! My husband and I was surprised happy hour was going on at 5pm on a Saturday. The coconut pie is delicious. The overall experience was fantastic!

Best baby back ribs in town. Service is friendly and attentive, too. Not many soft surfaces to absorb the sound, so it’s a loud place when packed with others talking and laughing.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Neighborly! The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional from start to finish. Highlights included the delicious coconut cream pie, key lime pie, salted caramel brownie, and Kentucky butter cake!

Service was mediocre for the lack of attention to detail, i.e. o bev nap for coctails,I had to keep repeating and justify need for sharing plates, which was a real hassle for the waitress. I kept asking for help by bussing staff who were more attentive than waitress.
