"Stopped by this spot thinking it was a bakery, but noticed they had a small seating area, and a wide selection on their menu. Reading through the menu, it was difficult to pick a choice because there was so much that sounded good. I ended up trying the Guloso Burger, and man, was it amazing! It had a little bit of everything in it, and the flavors really popped! We also tried the namesake, Pao de Quiejo, and they were also amazing! Actually, everything we tried was great. Service was also top notch! I can't wait to go back and try other stuff from the menu."

Nice Brazilian spot for a low key casual meal in Astoria. Prices were very reasonable and service was friendly. The empanadas are awesome, just deep fried crispy goodness. Might skip the juices next time nice selection but tried the passion fruit and it was a bit watery.

It was our first time and let me just say that I loved how nice they welcomed us, the service was very good and the good was delicious. Their pão de queijo It's really good, so far it's the best I've tried in NY. I'm looking forward in going there more, so go check it out. View menu

This lovely Brazilian restaurant in Astoria is perfect for a casual meal. The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly. The empanadas are fantastic, with a crunchy deep-fried exterior. The juice selection could be improved as the passion fruit juice was a bit watery.

I have had good food there before so I gave them 5 stars before but today they charged me for a lunch plate that is $13.00 $22 .00 . I don’t like to be scam like this , ok if everything increases their prices but $9 on a little bit of rice , beans a small salad and 5 pieces of beef that’s overpriced in my opinion.

Shady! Just left this place. We were a group of 10 people or so. As we were paying I thought we were paying a lot and when I got home I saw the receipt that they had included the gratuity on the bill but the waiter didn’t tell us. We ended up all tipping on top the total amount. Definitely not going back here ever! View menu

do not misunderstand me, I like this place, but if I wanted old, cold, hard ridden, I would go two blocks more to the yellow bögen. it's like, I know it's 10 o'clock in the night, but after a three-layer, I just want my fries cooked to order. it's not the first time. I live literally at the end of the street, like 90 seconds away. great eating, nice young, but please, fresh fries better than French not?

When I am in the mood for a simple Brazilian steak, I always head to New York Pao De queijo in Astoria. During my most recent visit, I was able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. However, I was disappointed to find that the steak was not as good as usual. It was not warm and lacked that fresh, juicy flavor. The Picanha, on the other hand, was delicious and cooked perfectly. I was surprised to learn that they were out of farina, which is usually served with the meal.
