"Nick’s Pizza has the potential to be one of the best pizza places in Chino and the surrounding area. But, I went in today and they said it will be 25-35 minutes. I came back after 25 minutes and they said it will be another 20-30 minutes. I came back a second time and I literally see them starting to make my pizza. It wasn’t packed. Only 1 party sitting in the restaurant.I really liked their pizza, but because last time this happened to me as well I haven’t been in a long time. Even if they just said to come back in 1 hour I would’ve been fine with that. It’s sad because their pizza’s are decent but service is really lacking. I hope they do improve on this!On top of that it was raw in the middle (look at photo)"

Absolutely delicious pizza, good prices as well, great service. Can't say anything bad, it's just perfect. They make their dough fresh at the beginning of the day. Pizza from scratch. Lovely place

The service was good, but the pizza was overcooked and scorched on the bottom. However, the parmesan wings were much better. One of the staff members asked if we wanted another pizza, but we declined.

This was our first time since they changed ownership. We loved it, the thick Crust was crisp but not over crisp, nice and cheesy, everyone loved it even our picky granddaughter. We will definitely be back

We attempted to sit at one of the dirty tables, but there were no menus. I told my husband that we should just leave. I really wanted to give this place a try, but I’m not comfortable dining somewhere that feels rude and unclean. View menu

Burnt pizza , employees coming out to talk on the counter with a box of frozen something acting like it’s a hang out spot, employee using foul language when kids were present. I got the feeling of them just doing the bare minimum for the business. Ketchup served in a small little cup, drink selection is very minimal (not speaking about alcoholic beverages)

Really wish they would offer regular pizza and not stick only to Detroit style…I think it’s lost a lot of us locals who used to frequent weekly (from what we hear around “town” but not fully into this style of pizza and have no other option.Love the changes inside and want to really love going but the whole fam isn’t in to the pizza so we don’t go like we used to…they are great people who own and run itWe do enjoy the wings

"Bleachers in Chino is better! I placed a takeout order yesterday and the New York-style pizza was actually quite good. However, the staff was rude and very unprofessional. I believe her name was Katie—a young Hispanic woman with short black hair who had an unpleasant attitude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and rushed me through the whole payment process. Overall, she was just in a bad mood. As for parking, it’s acceptable." View menu

By far the best Pie I have ever had. Even my picky kids enjoyed it, and they hardly ever ask for Pizza. Fresh ingredients, great crust, and great staff. If I owned a pizza place I would fire my current staff and recruit all of the employees at this location in a heart beat. The family and I will be coming back for more of the amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and GREAT FOOD. Keep killing it Nick's! You have a fan : Kid-friendliness: Kids had a blast and they were treated like customers. Parking: Tons of parking!

I really wanted to like this place. Went once, ordered online and waited over an hour past the pickup time. At that time they had said they just turned on online ordering and were working out the bugs. Figured we would give them another chance a few months later and went to dine in. With two other tables seated inside, I was surprised when they came to take the order and said it would be at least an hour and a half wait. The kids were hungry so ended up deciding to go elsewhere. Both times the staff were very friendly, welcoming and apologetic. Hope they get it dialed in.

"6-Star Sushi Restaurant!!! I could not rate this place more highly. I happened to park nearby while famished for some lunch, so I decided to stroll on in. I was pleasantly greeted by Kai, and his customer service was truly out of this world! Kai and the cook Ken catered to my needs perfectly, taking great care to ensure my celiac dietary needs were met! Not a single trace of gluten came near my sushi roll. I've never had such a seamless experience at a sushi joint. Eating out isn't always this easy with my condition, but this restaurant feels just like home. The food was phenomenal. I LOVE me some good salmon, so I ordered the Salmon Lover specialty roll. The salmon was so velvety, it literally felt like melted in my mouth while eating it. I scarfed that bad boy down so fast, I immediately ordered a new roll after that. Once again, I cannot commend the service enough. I hope anyone who reads this feels inspired to give the place a try if they have certain dietary restrictions that they believe may be possible to work around with the proper food preparation because you'll absolutely find that here. The price is absolutely worth the service. The atmosphere in here was very calming and relaxing. The music isn't too loud. Good vibes all-around, and the radio is relaxing at a good volume nearby the bar section where you can sit alone if you're just coming for a quick bite. Plenty of seats and tables available if you are coming with a group of friends or family. Menu was easy to read, and there's a lot of great options. If you're in the area, let's give this place the love it deserves! I'm definitely coming here more. It's nearby one of my commutes. (P.S. The roll in my picture was my second roll. I tried the Mango Tango roll with seaweed replacing soy paper, yellowtail instead of salmon, and no tempura. I finished the Salmon Roll before taking a picture."
