"Sir Flair's, The Monarch Grill, has implemented the best Covid-19 safety measures I've encountered at any restaurant. They require masks and gloves, and they offer disposable cups and utensils. Tables and chairs are disinfected right after customers leave. On top of that, the food has improved significantly. I had the daily special, salmon with ginger sauce and mushrooms, and it was outstanding. For dessert, we savored a homemade peach cobbler, which was a delightful way to end our meal."
