"We had a slow order, but the service was good and the food was delicious. There were three of us in our party and we arrived at 5:30 in the evening. We were seated right away at one of the two open tables, as the rest of the restaurant was full. We could see all the servers and kitchen staff working hard in the open kitchen concept. Our waitress, Stacy, was very attentive and took our orders promptly. We ordered a local IPA beer, a Thai Iced Tea, a Bison Pho, Mango Penang Curry with beef, and a Pad Kee Mao with chicken. I asked for level 2 spice in my noodles, while my friend ordered level 4 spice in the curry. Our drinks arrived quickly and were refreshing. However, we had to wait 30 minutes for our food to be served. When it finally arrived, my noodles were much spicier than expected, while the curry was milder. Despite the spice level mishap, the food was delicious. The noodles were chewy and flavorful, while the curry was creamy and full of taste. The Bison Pho was also delicious, with a clean broth and tender meat. We decided to have dessert and ordered a lava cake, which took 15 minutes to arrive. The cake was decadent and gooey, accompanied by vanilla ice cream. Overall, the service was great, the food was tasty, and the decor was warm. The only downside was the wait time for the food. We would recommend this restaurant and would return, but with more accurate spice level requests next time. Thank you to our server, Stacy, for her excellent service."
