"It’s just not the same as the old place vibe. The food is significantly worse and our to go was packed horribly. The juice from the fruit ran all over the bag and into other items. It was ordered w the chicken salad scoop w three almond slices. is there an almond shortage?? No care given. Why can’t they put the fruit in a side container with a LID?? Oh wow that’s a concept. Only saving grace is Kevin still makes a mean martini but no blue cheese olives for a dirty martini? Once they took pride in their bar drinks but I’m not seeing that. The place was stale, no real energy or noticeable background music don’t need it loud . It’s sad to see the decline of what was once a place cherished by regulars. It’s a no for us now."

This was a quite nice place to come for brunch. It was busy but not too crowded. We had fast service and everything tasted delicious. Will definitely be back.

I always have a wonderful time here, whether for lunch or a late dinner. The food and drinks are fantastic. I've tried everything on the menu, and I wouldn't hesitate to order it all again. View menu

We have become regulars at this great pub. Never a bad meal, something is always amazing, and the drinks are why we come. If Kevin is behind that bar you're in for a treat and a great drink.

We have been coming here for years, and it will always be one of our go-to spots! The service is friendly, personable, and attentive. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting. Plus, it's great that it's kid and dog-friendly! Looking forward to seeing you all tonight!

Such a nice little pub hidden away beside the Harris Teeter. We went last night for a football game and early anniversary dinner and our server was absolutely phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name but kudos to her! The food was amazing, the menu had so many diverse choices. We will be back for sure. An awesome place to eat. View menu

Sunday's experience was disappointing. The club sandwich lacked in quality, flavor, and substance. The amount of meat was minimal, and the bacon was undercooked. The fruit side consisted of just two sliced strawberries, a couple of thin pieces of cantaloupe, and a few grapes. We have enjoyed our meals here in the past, so I hope this isn't a recurring trend. Food rating: 2/5.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but something has definitely changed. Both the food and the service were lacking. The atmosphere no longer carries that cozy neighborhood pub feel. In the past, the place would be bustling with people by 6:00. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a table at 6:30 without a wait, but when I walked in, I found the room nearly empty. It's such a disappointment.

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
