"This hidden gem features a delicious and authentic menu. We stopped by for lunch, and I ordered the lunch special: pulled pork, rice, plantains, and a spiced salad. The portion was generous, and both the pork and rice were seasoned to perfection—absolutely flavorful. My wife chose the Cuban sandwich, which she loved. The service was excellent and prompt; our server was friendly and attentive. I’ve found my new favorite lunch spot and will definitely return to try their dinner menu."

I've frequented Numero Uno since the early 1980s. I've never been disappointed and I've probably tried everything on the menu. Food is always delicious. I highly recommend the lamb shanks. The flavor is incredible.

They've been here for 45 years! Great Cuban standards like pernil, picadillo, black beans, plantains, etc. Various sandwiches to choose from. Wonderful nice servers. Cozy inside, mom pop atmosphere. Very affordable in today's economy. View menu

Came out of town and said everything I was wa Ted was Cuban food. I am so happy that I came here when the ropa veja and yuca and it was amazing. Service was super fast and so friendly!! I wish I lived here so I could come all the time!

This restaurant is amazing! The Ropa Vieja is one of the best I've ever tasted, and the Pollo Asado is roasted to perfection and incredibly tender. The portion sizes are generous, often enough for a second meal. It's a wonderful place for the whole family, including the kids!

The Media Noche was excellent, but the Tres Leche was disappointingly tiny, with only two spoonfuls and overloaded with whipped cream—I definitely wouldn’t order it again. As for the Sopa de Pollo, it was terrible; it had a sour taste and seemed spoiled. I won’t be trying that again either. View menu

I tried the Havana fritters for the first time, and they were delicious! I really enjoyed how part of the rice was crispy and charred. They were also mixed with fresh cilantro, which added a nice touch. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich, and he said it was great as well. Overall, it’s a charming place!

The flavors of the food are fantastic, showcasing a delightful range of traditional Cuban Creole dishes. A special thanks to our server, Zoe, for her friendliness and excellent service.
