"we chose to have lunch in this farm by relying on the excellent reviews on tripadvisor. the restaurant is open on weekends (ven-dom). the menu was fixed (four appetizers, two first, two seconds, tasting cheeses, dessert, coffee, coffee sweets accompanying coffee, natural water ad libitum). all the really delicious courses. mainly Piedmontese cuisine but with revisitation of some dishes. special mention to the cutters to the rocket pesto on bottom of gazpacho. cheeses are of own production, after lunch they gave us the possibility to buy them in the farm a minute walk from the farm. especially appreciated cow blue similar to a gorgonzola, less soft and with more round taste. well equipped tables, very courteous staff. the final surprise the price, in four people (wine excluded). recommended!"

"Sono tornato dopo molti anni al San Marco ed è sempre eccezionale. Personale impeccabile, cortese e professionale. Ottimi piatti della tradizione, con rielaborazioni piacevoli, come gli agnolotti al tovagliolo che mi sono molto piaciuti. Tartufi, naturalmente e lista di vini davvero impressionante come quantità e qualità della scelta. Buonissimi anche i dolci. A me è molto piaciuto in particolare il soufflé con lo zabaione. Il Sig. Ferrero che passa tra i tavoli a salutare gli ospiti e dare spiegazioni fa poi sentire proprio coccolati.Ottima esperienza!"

"Ristorante che fa della sua cucina e del locale un punto di riferimento di Canelli. Se cercate un luogo dove fare un pranzo o una cena con un ottimo servizio a tavola state cercando sarete certamente accontentati. Non do il massimo dei voti in quanto ci sono stati alcuni piatti che potevano risultare vincenti come gusto ma che invece non mi hanno lasciato un ricordo indelebile (tagliolini al tartufo bianco). Altre portate potrebbero essere un po ' più complete con aggiunta di verdure (forse non è sempre bello da vedere) che avrebbero dato un senso di più 'sazietà '. Dolci buoni ma niente che possa colpire a 'segno '. Prezzo finale adeguato alla tipologia del ristorante e di quanto vi accingete a bere (vino a vista da scegliere). Personale molto cortese e sempre presente per ogni necessità al tavolo. Attenzione che i bagni sono subito a destra dopo il primo corridoio appena entrate nello stabile (di fronte allo stabilimento di Gancia). Altrimenti se scendete per mangiare...vi tocca risalire. Richiesto il greenpass come da DDL. Prenotazione direi obbligatoria."

"The food was ok, the experience was not. I ordered some sparkling wine to start, was supposed to be 2 glasses of local, turned out to be a bottle of Prosecco which I did not order. Then the woman running the front of the house came over. She was intent on our ordering a la carte, I wanted the 13 euro lunch menu, I eventually prevailed, but her attitude towards us changed dramatically, for the worse. This is the mentality of, these are tourists, I’ll never see them again, I’ll try to squeeze as much money out of them as I can. The final straw was the house red wine, very acidic and completely out of balance. An unpleasant, appallingly dishonest experience. The young waitress was friendly and charming."

"Pizza buona e prezzi contenuti, camerieri molto spartani e vanno subito al sodo senza troppi convenevoli, ma devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene!!! Se potrei suggerire di ampliare l'antipasto misto caldo, ad esempio con delle mozzarelline, olive ascolane, crocchette di patate e arancinette. Alla prossima!"
