"Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice woman, she brought the menus over explained the items to us. We ordered straight forward awaited our food. The portion of chicken waffles was very small, 1 waffle, 1 bit of chicken some caramel cream on top.. this tasted good but did not fill me up. The portion of a half chicken was very nice and was a decent size. Sweet potato chips portion was minimal we received 5 onion rings in the portion we got, which 2 were very small. We waited 13 mins to get a waiters attention to get the bill another 5-10 minutes to pay the bill."

Che scoperta! grande varietà di prodotti, la ragazza che ci ha servito era disponibile e esaustivo nel spiegare tutti i piatti e ha lavorato per soddisfare le esigenze del nostro amico intollerante al lattosio. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fondamentalmente è un take-away, ma.... ragazzi, tutto BUONISSIMO! Abbiamo ordinato spesso, e piatti sempre diversi.... impossibile trovarne uno anche solo di qualità media! Se amate il pollo in ogni sua declinazione, dovete assolutamente provarlo!

il posto è estremamente ben mantenuto e accogliente, così come il personale, che vedete ci tiene. i piatti sono eccellenti, tutti preparati al momento e ben studiati (non i soliti 4 piatti visti e ravvivati), forse i prezzi sono un'alta pelina vista le porzioni, ma la qualità si sente tutto. A breath of fresh air in the city, thanks to a creative alternative-chic comfort food format! Pleasant and well-kept environment both inside and outside, informal but stylish. Menu based on great classics such as wraps and sandwiches but extensively reworked and optimized to stand out (successfully) from the crowd. Successful flavors and friendly service without compromising the bill. To try!

Odio il brodo is a wonderful restaurant located in the center of Trieste offering a refreshing menu of different chicken based dishes from around the world. The staff is extremely friendly and the owner is genuinely interested in knowing if you enjoyed the experience. I also want to mention that they serve food all day unlike the majority of restaurants found in this beautiful city. The only downside is that I felt that the portions could be a bit bigger.
