"It was New Year 's Day brunch nobody knew what was going on. We had a reservation and had to wait (standing) for 30 minutes while they looked for our table. During that time, two staff members came and told us it would be a 20 30 minute wait for a table. When we told them we had a reservation, they had no idea. When we sat down, we were given brunch menus, but what we booked online said $35/pp brunch. There was a buffet but it was scattered throughout the restaurant and didn 't include any coffee or juice, only water. The food was ok but mostly just standard hotel breakfast food, nothing special. Nobody wished us a Happy New Year, staff was mostly just stressed and seemed unhappy. Our waiter even said he wasn 't made aware of a buffet brunch before his shift and said nobody knows what 's going on today . Sounds like the Omni needs to have a staff meeting and get everyone on board."

Our server was good enough but wait staff was understaffed so that service was slow. The coffee was tepid. The breakfast was below average and uninspired.

The food and service was good. The event seemed unorganized. They included the tip when you payed and way overcharged a 35% tip. Let’s just say the advertising of the event was misleading it was not at all like what I was expecting View menu

Seltzers is not open for public dinner service; it is exclusively available for room service at the hotel. We were not the only guests who had made reservations in advance for a show at Paycom, and we were disappointed to find out last minute that we needed to seek other dining options.

Overall, the food was quite good. However, the desserts were a bit dry, and the seafood platter included crab legs but didn’t come with any tools to help eat them. Based on what I had, I would have preferred the price and food selection from the kids' buffet, but unfortunately, that option isn’t available for adults.

This was one of the Best Buffets i have ever been to. It was my first time their with my kids and we all agree to go back for Christmas and plan on this place being our New Holiday Place Out . This was our family's first time at the Omni. To be honest, we normally go to another venue for Thanksgiving but they were sold out. We were happy to find reservations available at the Omni and we were not disappointed. The food and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The service was TOP NOTCH! We are thankful you provided a wonderful experience for our family. We plan to return for meals before next Thanksgiving!

I was thoroughly disappointed with the Beats and Brunch experience. Despite having a reservation, we ended up waiting 45 minutes. When we inquired about the wait, we were led to a back room where no other guests were seated, and the music was barely audible. When I requested to be moved to a table inside the main dining area, the hostess or manager responded in a rude and condescending manner. Additionally, some of the food was cold, although the omelet station was quite delicious. I would definitely not recommend dining here during their promotional events, as having a reservation doesn’t seem to make a difference.
