"Food is DELICIOUS! Pho is hearty, full of vegetables! Bahn Mi bites, woah! We ate all vegetarian. Service at the bar was disappointing, but at the end, Charlie made it better. The other bar attendant who was our main point of contact ignored us and would not make eye contact. Helped other patrons even though we arrived well before them. Our dining experience lasted longer because we had to fight for attention from the bar attendant who did not give us his name. He would check on the other couple right next to us (again, who arrived after us and who we politely made room for at the end of the bar) offered his name and would prolong conversations with them, then turn and walk away from our side of the bar. It felt weird, like he knew that we knew he was ignoring us and wanted to make it clear we were not prioritized. Like I said, at the end Charlie checked on us once the other bar attendant left, without saying anything else to us, and sat at the bar himself to eat food and talk with his coworkers. Charlie told us about the origins of the restaurant and about his favorite items on the menu. Charlie answered our questions about the food and brought us a to-go container. The curry was so creamy we had to know if it was coconut based, which it is! Thanks Charlie!"
