"Taelyn was my order taker according to the receipt. I’ve never heard of a Masubi so when I asked what it was, she immediately began to explain how amazing they are and that the Spam one is her favorite. Super friendly and courteous. As a manager in the food industry, I would love to have her on my team with her level of customer service and her upselling skills. She literally almost doubled my check amount and I can’t even complain! There was no survey on the receipt and nowhere to leave a survey on the website, so I’m putting it here and I totally hope she gets the recognition that she deserves"

It's dug. Hits the place really hard. Great quality, great atmosphere, great portions. Good food everywhere. 9/10 would recommend.

I absolutely adore this place! I can never get enough of it! Their chicken plate is to die for! Can't say much for the dine in experience cause it's like every other fast food restaurant. However if you order to go and take it home they make the best Hawaiian that I've had so far.

Whoo, that was so good! I thought it was a lil expensive but after eating it was good for quality and quantity. It should come with vegetables, but I have a little broccoli piece and salad/gabbage. Sad they don't have in Florida, they would do very well there. I'd definitely eat again here.

I recently visited my best friend and mother. The landscape was beautiful and the chat I had with a female employee was quite informative. The steak that accompanies my grilled chicken is beautiful and soft, without being excessively chewing and I have tried one side of the crispy shrimp that I repeat. No bad experience. View menu

This place has so.e great options I also get the fish or shrimp aloha plate This last time they took a bit longer to cook but was still great. This platter is big enough to split into 2 meals. The drinks are extra. They do have a sauce bar which is greaton the white rice. The salad could use more dressing but still delicious

I was in town for a business trip, found this place. It reminded me of a chipotle restaurant, but with a Hawaiian grill menu. It was good food, something else. I'm pretty sure I have the Island Fire Chicken (see photo). It was good, but I saw another guy getting the grilled chicken breast and that looked good. I don't think you can go wrong here. Clean place too.

I haven't had a decent plate lunch since I moved off Oahu years ago. It's a very commercialized vibe but it is clean. The katsu was just like I remember. And bonus for having katsu sauce by the pump. But the musubi did not use sushi rice so it was kind of falling apart and a meager slice of spam too. Also, a pretty meager scoop of mac salad. Mostly ono... But no aloha. View menu

worked here and it’s the worst thing i’ve chose. i was blinded by the pay that i didn’t care about how they treated me and they treated me terribly. i’ve seen so many people quit from here that there is a problem evident. they treat you like a dog and make you do anything and absolutely everything if you work kitchen. the managers for the most part aren’t very kind either

I usually dine at this restaurant and consistently receive my orders correctly. However, on this occasion, it seems like my request was not followed at all. I specifically asked for a double serving of Mac without any rice, but I ended up getting a small portion of Mac and three times the amount of rice with my Katsu chicken. I always strive to communicate my preferences clearly and even had my mom confirm my order just to be sure, but unfortunately, it was still incorrect.

"I have to say that I was impressed with the food. Specifically because Lafayette is a small city and not a melting pot like Houston, LA or NYC where you can find so many choices. I mentioned that the chef had to be from India, and my guess was right. When I tasted the food, I knew the ingredients were balanced in a way that whoever is cooking, he is someone experienced and had to be born in the Indian region where he can tell the exact taste and balance the spices that makes it delicious. Our waitress Allie was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great listener and willing to learn. Lamb Biryani: The lamb was cooked to perfection. Very tender, great portion with respect to rice. Many places put 3 pieces and fill the whole plate with rice to save on cost and take away from the quality of the dish. My only comment is the riata should not be in a plastic cup. It took away from the presentation of the metal bowl. Butter Chicken: Sauce was equally balanced in respect to flavor. The creamy sauce was not too much buttery to the point where you can taste the butter and not too watery where you don't taste the main ingredients of the sauce. Chicken was soft and also cooked right. Some places you will eat the chicken and it has that little hard bite as if you're biting an undercooked steak fries. Samosas : Absolutely amazing, with the Tamarindo. Nan Garlic Bread: Delicious, dipping it with the butter chicken sauce was amazing. I would add the crispy bread Pappdum as soon as guests sit on the table. Ambience: I would invest a little bit lighting bulbs, decor here and there, some Indian music in the background to give that full experience. Entrance: Can be decorated better with Indian sari, vase, and accents. Overall, loved the place, keep up the quality of the food. Invest little more in the place and start working on some marketing strategies. This place has lots of potential. Highly recommended"
