"This is our go-to pizza spot! The Original Italian Pizza (OIP) has the best food that caters to our tastes. We discovered that the OIPs at different locations are not affiliated with one another until last year. This OIP offers a FANTASTIC lunch buffet! They typically serve a main dish, several pizzas with various toppings, a small salad bar, garlic knots, steak and regular Stromboli, along with other items that change daily. (Be sure to call ahead for business hours and to check if indoor dining is available; they usually offer indoor dining with extended hours on weekends, while during the week, the lunch buffet is available for a few hours, and after that, they only offer takeout and delivery.) We enjoy many of their dishes, including pizza, Sicilian pizza, steak and regular Stromboli, and subs. The only aspect I wasn't fond of was that instead of using fresh vegetables for the antipasto, they opted for a vinegary vegetable mix out of a jar, perhaps to save time and money. We visit the OIP in Berwick, PA several times a month because we love their food, service, and the rustic ambiance of the dining area. There's plenty of parking, and it's conveniently located near Giant supermarket and Sheetz, right across from Dollar General."
