"not worthy of michelin star or michelin review. I have the tasting menu service was good, but not unforgettable. food is like initial, but lack of substance and lack of performance. it is not worth their time or effort. Even the setting is not great. the thing that made it worse, was the situation in the toilet at leaving. toilet dirty and it was clear, not cleaned in a time. a sign of this place doesn't make much effort. this dirt was from at least the night before when I was there for lunch and the place was empty at that time. that is something that should automatically remove any star or mention. eating is not delicious. I will pay a high price for special foods and special experience, but they will not find either here so best to try somewhere else. when they become famous, there is too much risk for quality. sad!"

"very touristic place! Similarly the director of the room prepared and very kind. absence of glass water bottles and especially from liter. the oo and the positioning on the half liter bottle table is very uncomfortable. pizza was made with a soft and well-leavened pasta. at the end of the dinner is not heavy on the stomach. dressing tending to form. improve the quality of dressing, you would definitely bring the rating to a five star. Moreover, it is very impressed by the cooking in the electric oven, bringing the base of the pasta to an excessive freshness, almost difficult to cut. in total the result was however positive."

"Located on the quieter side of Ostuni’s Piazza della Libertà along from the Sant’Oronzo column, this little bistrot is more than a smoothie and juice bar it describes itself as. Traditional Pugliese ingredients are served up in less usual ways. We loved their “bagel Pugliese” (using bagel shaped bread, rather than traditional bagel topped with cime di rapa and smothered with stracciatella and then a generous glug of Puglia’s finest olive oil (6€ . We very rarely have baked potatoes, and only as a side when visiting a Braceria. But here they have a small selection. We tried the stracchino a light and creamy soft, young cheese made from cow’s milk with fabulously scented tomatoes and basil (5€ . Eating tomatoes in Puglia is always such a joy. The scent of fresh tomatoes under the sun at the daily market stall is as distinctive as is our morning coffee. Far and away the best bread that we have ever eaten is made in Puglia. The exceptional Altamura bread. Cicinedda have a delicious sharing platter of mixed bruschette made with toasted Altamura bread and a selection of local cheeses and seasonal vegetables (9€ for 8 pieces, 5€ for 4 . Small with a cozy interior and outside seating front and rear, it’s a nice place to be. Expect friendly service. As with most venues in this location, it will get busy, so have patience and as always, be polite. We see many visitors come to Puglia and expect fast food and a quick turnaround. But that’s not our way. Food is something to be enjoyed, so profit from the chance when you visit."

"Food was great — I had meat on the bone +roasted potatoes) with local red Puglian wine as well. The atmosphere is also calm and chilaxing. But I think it is slightly overpriced. 35-42 is the proper pricing for what I got, definitely not 52. In Lecce I had same experience in the old town city center and it cost almost twice less. "Il locale ci è stato consigliato dal b&b dove alloggiamo (La violetta Ostuni,anche questa consigliatissima) , e non smetterò mai di ringraziarla. Un ristorante stupendo, molto accogliente,molto romantico con una musica dolce e rilassante in sottofondo, e situato nel centro storico di Ostuni. Abbiamo scelto il menù leggero con un antipasto di terra, davvero buonissimo, e un primo piatto di mare (a nostra scelta) , composto da orecchiette cozze e pomodorini. Dopo l'assaggio del primo cosa dire se non che è stato goduria allo stato puro. Come secondo abbiamo diviso una frittura di calamari, molto leggera. Essendo di Napoli e avendo scelto piatti di mare , vi posso assicurare che era tutto fresco e di qualità. Le cozze avevano il sapore di mare. Tutto buonissimo, e se accostato al personale gentile e professionale è la perfezione. Tra le mete della Puglia che abbiamo visitato dopo questa esperienza Ostuni è entrata nel cuore!"
