"The restaurant is now under new management. While it took a bit longer than we anticipated for our food to arrive—especially since the place wasn't busy—the prices are exceptionally reasonable. They have an impressive selection of specialty rolls alongside the standard choices, and the portion sizes are very generous. The drink menu also includes a nice variety of sake, beer, and other beverages. The ambiance is delightful, with two bar areas and outdoor seating available, and we didn’t have to wait to be seated! I highly recommend trying the garlic edamame; it’s loaded with garlic and has a great flavor kick. The owner takes the time to check in with guests to ensure everyone is happy with their meals. We will definitely be coming back!"

It has been a while since we were last in, and it appears management has changed. The only differences I noted were more casually dressed employees, a smaller, less-formal menu (a paper), and purple rice. Service and food were really good. The rice in all the sushi rolls we tried (veggie, spicy tuna, crazy, Arizona, and dynamite) was purple, which was unusual but tasted the same. We went on a Saturday night and we're seated right away. There is a nice outdoor seating area, a bar and a sushi bar in addition to the regular dining area.

New management, food is vastly improved. Service is OK, but please clean the tables better. The sushi came out and looked a little odd. They use black rice that looks purple. I was a bit concerned, but all my concerns washed away with the first bite. The rolls and sushi TASTE GREAT and come in decent portions. Wait staff were good, but the kitchen took awhile to get our order done. Lost a star because of a sticky table. Need to wipe the tables clean and not just smear it around.
