"After spending 10k on a lovely handbag ,time to start my special celebration but the waitress Melissa didn’t stop talking about her personal problems and interrupted my conversation every 5 min , I have problems also . Made mistake on my food order twice and I over hear her talking really bad about me to the staff by the kitchen made me extremely disappointed I can’t even repeat the horrible words. Never received a dessert with candle but the check, I had to ask for . We received the cocktails after the meal Thank you for making my celebration a horror movie . Terrible customer service and dining experience"

Elegant in every way from the atmosphere, to the staff, the food, the drinks, and vibe. Decor is thrilling, the ambiance is inspirational and the food is not only delicious but presented on sparking plates. My guest and I felt like we were dining inside of a whimsical painting. Service is quite impressive in its mindfulness and professionalism.

We were greeted by the captain and his assistant very warmly. We had a lovely table and the food and wine were delicious. The decor is charming and Palette is cozy. The atmosphere is lively but not overly loud. This made our overall experience a four star one. However, the server was terrible. She was inattentive. She poured our wine onto the table because she was interacting with the people at the next table while pouring our wine. We were not served our bread. The server was rude and abrupt. So, oddly enough, I would come back for the food and fun surroundings
