"I recently visited a restaurant that left a sour taste in my mouth. The establishment was outdated and in dire need of a revamp. Upon entering, the employee at the door did not welcome us in with a smile, making us feel unwelcome. To add insult to injury, the server who attended to us seemed a bit racist and gave us subpar service. It was just us and another table, yet the server gave them better service as they were not a minority.Despite the poor service, I must admit that the food was great. The flavors were bold and the portions were generous. However, it was disappointing to have such a negative experience due to the poor service and racist undertones.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the same level of service as any other patron, regardless of my ethnicity. It's a shame that in this day and age, such prejudices still exist in the hospitality industry.Overall, while the food was great, the service was lacking and the establishment needs to address its outdated decor. Until they can provide equal and fair treatment to all customers, I cannot recommend this restaurant."

There are many so-called Indian restaurants in the city, but so far, this has been the best one I've visited. It's the perfect place to enjoy fresh and tender chicken prepared with top-quality spices. I highly recommend trying the chili chili, butter chicken, and uttapam. You won't be disappointed!

Took my parents out for a treat. My mom said she really wanted to try it. Little did we know that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Worst $100 spent on a 3 person meal. The quantity was smaller than a grain of sand. The quality was worse than dog s**t. They cut many corners on the food. Also the bathroom smelled like s**t. Dont recommend. Avoid Hell.

I was craving Indian food for some reason, which I rarely do. Just happened to be passing by Palm Palace and thought it to be destiny.The chicken Vindaloo was good. I also had a order of the garlic nan. I was satisfied with the taste, although it was a little pricey, but the servings were large. I would definitely try the Palm Palace again. I want to try the curry shrimp next time.

I stumbled upon this South Indian restaurant, which is conveniently located just over three miles from my home. The food was outstanding, and I really appreciated the clean ambiance. They offer a wonderful selection of Indian dishes, but I personally prefer the South Indian options, likely due to my taste for that cuisine. I usually visit this restaurant quite often. However, I showed up at 8:45 on a Saturday to order samosas and was informed that they were closed. If your website and Google say you close at 9 PM, then it's misleading to shut down the kitchen 15 minutes early. It's disappointing because I used to love coming here, but I can't support poor customer service, especially since I have eight years of experience in the industry myself!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of North and South Indian dishes. While the food is great, the service could use some improvement; at times the staff seem inattentive and overlook guests. Before the COVID pandemic, they were consistently attentive, but it seems that the decrease in diners has affected their service. I hope things return to normal soon. Overall, I really enjoy dining here, and I would appreciate it if they could bring back the music as well!

There was a delicious dinner at the Palm Palace Indian Restaurant. The owner, Robert, commented that I always arrange the same, and I told him that I was concerned to try something new as I was not familiar with Indian food and its various spices . He listened attentively to my preferences and made suggestions that were perfect for my palate: vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala and palaak wiper. I have been craving Authentic Indian Food ever since I watched the Best Ever Food Review Show tour India on YouTube.Googled Indian food near me, this came up and now I have a new favorite restaurant! The whole family loved it. We can't wait to eat our way through the entire menu!Vegetarian options: There are tons of amazing vegetarian options! If you want delicious food with no meat, this is the place to go. For a country and culture that's been vegetarian for thousands of years, they've got it figured out better than anyone!

Restaurant ambience was dark , could be a better vibe if owner would open blinds. When walked in nobody was in the front took some time for one guy to notice we were there. No greeting after noticing we were there, just handed us menus and asked us to sit down. No good vibes from restaurant only reason we stayed is because it's the only Indian restaurant near by) still while ordering food aditude of guy was like if he did not want us there. Felt like if it was a racial thing honestly. You just get those vibes from him. We ordered $100 worth of food and no thank you, no nothing but our receipt. Definitely did NOT earn a tip! Food was OKAY , meals are big enough to share. Will not be returning...
