"I've been gluten-free for a few months due to health reasons, and I've been craving a sandwich. I previously tried a gluten-free sandwich from another chain and wasn’t impressed, but Firehouse’s bread was truly exceptional. It was soft, flavorful, and didn’t crumble like cardboard. It tasted fresh and delicious. I ordered the veggie sandwich with extra oil and vinegar, and it was fantastic! I’m definitely going to get another one the next time I'm in the area. I’m giving it four stars only because it took a bit longer to prepare than I expected, and I was feeling impatient."

OMG what a great experience, the store manager was so awesome with all the costumers!!! I dont kive close, but I will go out the way, just for the experience yummy subs!! Hire ten more of the store manager his employees!

On the downside, the restrooms and the Coke Freestyle machines could use some attention. In a span of 15 minutes, I noticed three different employees visit the Coke machine, but none took the time to clean it. Additionally, the tables in the lunch area could benefit from being wiped down, which I have never seen done. It's clear that management needs to address these cleanliness issues.
