"This restaurant never has food. It's frustrating that they stay open until 9, but they run out of food at 7:30 and are too lazy to make more. They don't have steamed rice, fried rice, or pepper steak. The only option left is beef and broccoli, which is essentially undercooked broccoli with a few small strips of beef. It seems like they care more about saving costs than providing a satisfying meal."

Nope nope nope the rice and noodles were super crunchy and the portions were so small my kid could eat it and still be starving. Plus container was broken and leaked all in the bag like crazy

I must stop going here. The orange chicken has become just fried globs of flour with glaze. No chicken. Started cutting open the chunks looking for chicken inside. Proved my point to myself.Food: 1/5

When it's good, it's really good. But unfortunately, those moments are vanishingly rare. The food is cold, hard, expensive, and usually out of most everything after 8:00 PM. I'm going to have to find a new place to eat. View menu

I am deeply sad that this place has decided to remove the black pepper chicken from its menu. This is one of the few things I can eat there. We have to get to the Mansfield site right now. I hope they will rethink. Food: 4/5

First off the sign on door says lobby open until 9:30 got here at 8:05 doors locked then when ordering they where out of alot of stuff and said they dont make the stuff after 8 pm but had to wait in long line cause lobby closed

Previous reviews mentioned that the restaurant served the same dishes as the previous owners, but that is no longer the case. The menu has been completely upgraded and the food is now delicious. This restaurant is definitely one of my new favorites. View menu

I wanted to leave this review of some of the employees and managers. Maria, Ty, and Brianna are the sweetest, hardest working people I know. The food is good, but their customer service is spectacular. These are the people who make a true difference in the world with their kindness and love to others.

I have been coming to this Panda Express location since right before the pandemic started, and I have always had a positive experience. This is mostly thanks to the great crew working there, members like Tie, Karen, Maria, Ashley and many others. They always greet me with a big smile and ask me how my day is going. If you enjoy the Panda Express chain I promise you will love this location.
