"I ordered the Lobster Roll 6/25/2022 around 2PM. The picture of it on the wall appeared to have melted butter all over it, and looked like it was served warm. The real thing turned out to be $24.37, and was ice cold with a strange, spongy texture (not like Lobster to me). The so-called meat was plopped on a roll with a bed of lettuce. I kindly asked for a refund and the manager said they are not supposed to give refunds for the lobster. I told him that I expect this refund, and he said well, if I do that, I 'm going to get in trouble by my boss . He said that twice. Terrible customer service. I got the refund, but when I ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl as a replacement, it was luke warm. It may be a very long while before I return to this establishment. So disappointing."

An amazing place to go. and its an historic place because 2 of Harford County's Finest were killed and today I was paying my respects to the fallen!

I understand that the restaurant is understaffed and that there can be long waits for food. However, I cannot comprehend the rudeness displayed, especially towards a young child.

the Turkish bravo sandwich is great. the people are so great and friendly. the menu has everything you can ask. when they go, try the limonade. the brot is always fresh and the bagels are close to being good. View menu

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera. Service was bad , the cashier got our order wrong and had to be rung up three separate times and then when we got our food it was still wrong. My half of chicken salad sandwich that was five dollars didn’t even have a half a teaspoon of chicken salad on it .Very disappointing

I came here with my husband and son for some light dinner. There was no one in the dining area except us, they just recently opened their dining area. The staff especially the girl who took my order and the one next to her were very warm and accommodating. The location is clean all around and they do follow the CDC guidelines. After eating dinner, I bought a dozen of bagels and cream cheese. We were pleased.

Recommend going only when Rob the manager is there(he is very good at what he does), otherwise; service very slow, always short on staff(especially up front), hazelnut coffee pot always running out, half and half always out(should have 2 containers instead of 1). Need someone to keep the tables and floors cleaner . The store in the Festival is better in all aspects. Would be more popular with locals if these suggestions were taken. View menu

This has to be the worse Panera bread there is in this area. All the workers do is talk talk talk and not pay attention to what they are doing constantly messing up my orders. On many occasions I?ve ordered food and the chicken is missing. Like why is it constantly missing chicken??? They take forever to complete your orders because of all the side conversations they have. I?m not against talking and having a good time while at work however PAY ATTENTION. I am no longer a customer at Panera bread because of this constant disappointment when I get home to have my lunch or dinner.

While traveling south on Interstate 95, our family decided to meet up at Panera in Abingdon, which turned out to be a convenient stop. The service was prompt and efficient, and the tables were spaced out well, allowing us to catch up without disturbing other diners. I enjoyed a rich and refreshing cold brew, while others opted for fresh coffee and tea. I had a flavorful spicy chicken sandwich on a brioche bun, and one of our group chose the delicious cream of broccoli soup served in a bread bowl. Both dishes showcased Panera's great bread options. It was also nice to have the choice of an apple instead of chips. We appreciated a staff member who kindly helped us take a group photo.

"A restaurant in an absolutely beautiful.old building, the Martha Hotel. It's reaply more restaurant than grill, so if you make dinner reservations, bring something a step up from jeans to wear. The restaurant suggests business casual. The interior of the restaurant has panneled wood and traditional furniture, all very Old Virginia. There's a good looking small bar area too. We were seated by a fireplace. The food was ok, not great, My husband's Shepherd's Pie with sweet potato topping was just a weird taste combo with the sweet potatoes being too sweet for a savory dish, but the lamb was good in it and plentiful. My Cornish Game hen with wild rice was the smallest Cornish game hen I've ever seen. It needed a quick marinade in something acidic before grilling. The wild rice side didn't contain much wild rice and had little flavor. It was like banquet dinner food. Our wine was good and the baked goods were exceptional. The cheese biscuits the apple cake with vanilla ice cream were real treats perfect examples of their types. Our waitress was sweet but very overworked. We ordered about 15 minutes after we sat down and got our dinner 45 minutes after being seated. She did bring us our wine bread so we were ok with the very leasurly pace. It was as a busy Saturday night. I wonder if the teaspoon has gone extinct? We were brought larger dinner spoons with our dessert. (This seems to happen at most restaurants now. I questioned the waitress and she said they have five types of spoons, but she was in a hurry, thus the larger spoons. Why aren't they stocking the different spoons in wait stations teaching the servers to use them? This is a great place for dinner if you don't set your food expectations too high because of the beautiful old hotel it's in. Arrive early have a drink on the big porch or walk around look at the beautiful public rooms. Then order the safest thing on the menu some yummy apple cake for dessert."
