The food was quite fresh, as always, and the staff was friendly and attentive. This time, I only had salads, and the freshness really stood out—everything was quite good. Compared to places in Ohio, NYC, or Florida, the prices were quite reasonable.

My favorite breakfast is from Panera. We were on a road trip for the day and this location has a great selection unlike the Panera that we go to near our house. My favorite is their orange scones and the pecan braids. And don't forget to join their rewards program to get free stuff or a discounted price. View menu

This place is awesome I enjoy going I visit the one in Mesquite The employees are very knowledgeable about their menu and laid-back and clean here they have delicious healthy variety's of food on their menus as well as Family bundles at a good price also enjoy that they have a drive through easy to get what you need and go

Consistently the worst Panera that I visit. I realize a bagel and a coffee with cream is a complex order, but they get it wrong more often then not. I've had hot coffee dropped on me twice due to unsecure lids. The place is just lazy. Put everything in a bag and then hand it to me, don't hand me coffee creamers separate from everything else when I'm in the drive through. It makes no sense. Do better.

Jennifer was so rude. So usually I order sandwiches and soups but I was feeling green today so I got the goddess Cobb salad. I ask Jennifer how does the Goddess dressing taste or what's the base of the dressing she said she doesn't know.? I asked if it was sweet or sour? She said she didn't know with an attitude. Geshh can you tell me anything about the Goddess dressing. Nope. I was going to ask the manager but she looks pregnant and i dint want to stress her. Anyway the salad was great. Very small for $13 but it taste fresh. The dressing was alright maybe avocado base not sweet more tangy. View menu

We ordered our food. My cup was handed over to me with sticky things. I asked for another cup very nicely because it was dirty. The young lady behind the counter was super nice and gave me another cup, then the dirty cup went back to the clean cups for the next guest. Absolutely disgusting! The restaurant is more dirty with dirty tables than people eat. The Buzzer was not used, they only called our name until we heard him. Of course the food wasn't hot. The chicken sandwich looked absolutely nothing like the picture and used only half a chicken breast If you are so interested in your customers, I am not back!

Esmeralda is soooooo rude over the phone, I called to ask a few question guess what she did? she hanged up. These where her exact words before hanging up, we don’t need your business hanges up). Im the client, like come on if you don’t have time jut say, I don’t have time right now like give me a minute or something. I bet her boss doesn’t know she talks to the clients that way, because if i was her boss i would fire her asap. And the other issue, she even tells her employees not to answer the phone after they hang up on you. I tried calling back like 10 times, and no one answered. We placed our order, and when my cup was handed to me, it was sticky. I politely requested a new cup because the first one was dirty. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and provided me with a replacement, but then I noticed the dirty cup was placed back among the clean ones for future customers. This is absolutely unacceptable! The restaurant was overall quite dirty, with unclean tables and hardly any customers dining in. When our food was called out, it seemed like they only shouted our name without any system in place. Unsurprisingly, the food wasn’t hot when it arrived.
