"From the outside this looked like a respectable establishment?however it is a classic case of ?looks can be deceiving? as it is anything but respectable. My comrade quite literally spelled out his name ?H-E-R-B? and was met with ?hubb? on the screen. l had the luxury of being assigned ?but?. After that we ended up waiting 3 times longer that would be expected only to be met with satisfactory at best food and diminutive portions. WARNING do not wear open toed shoes in the bathroom."

Take out is the biggest scam I feel as restaurants have zero accountability when eating out of their facility. Absolute poor quality, the type made our food in 2 minutes, must have given our food frozen. Never again.

Employees are good but that new signature take chicken sandwich is disgusting. Edit: Originally 1 star but customer service reached out and was helpful. The staff here are great and Panera continues to be a great place to grab a good meal.

Takeout feels like a total scam because restaurants have no accountability once the food leaves their premises. I really enjoy Panera, but this particular location consistently messes up my orders. Almost every time I visit, they either give me the wrong soup, forget the bread bowl, or miss the pastry I ordered. The receipt clearly lists the items, so it would be great if someone could double-check it. Having worked in food service myself, I’ve noticed that some people just don't seem to care about getting the orders right anymore.

Love the sandwich options here. The vegeterian option for sandwiches are delightful. Love coming here for chipotle chicken avocado melt and salads. The service is very quick. The drinks are great as well. Ordered mango agave. It gets very busy during peak hours, but the food orders always comes out accurate. I love that about Panera. Not to forget it?s also a great place for coffee and dessert. Love the bakery. They usually tan out of the bakery items around the evening.
