Panini Kabob Grill Rancho Cucamonga

This is definitely my favorite Mediterranean restaurant, and I've tried many. Their Koobideh is incredibly delicious, along with a variety of other options. You really need to give it a try! They do get busy, but the service is excellent.

The dip came with cold n hard pita bread we had to ask for another plate I asked server for extra dressing and onions and it didn't come with meal the children's plate was great with lots of food enough to share ! The atmosphere is cozy and we were seated quickly !Food: 4/5

We went in on a Sunday, so the line is long, but the wait was worth it. The food price is excellent, and the food quality was great. We ordered the family size, and it can feed 6 people! Best food price ever. Service, it can be improved, but I know they were packed, and so the staffing is short. We plan to go back for sure.Food: 5/5 View menu

The restaurant is nice and food. The staff needs training towards welcoming guests. I noticed the staff doesn't attend the front entrance right and ignore who is at the front entrance. They need a bar table for single customers to even out the restaurant and increase sales by selling alcohol at the bar and food and will have the bigger tables for multiple guests. If they didn't over cook the food it wouldn't be burnt.

The customer service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes just to be seated, and then it took another 30 minutes for them to bring us water. After that, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to take our orders, and we only got their attention after asking why we hadn’t been served yet. The waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu and didn't offer any help. When our food finally arrived, it was disappointing; the falafel was among the driest I've ever had. To top it off, the place was not clean at all.

I found the food quite bland during my visit tonight, which was surprising since I've been there several times before and usually enjoy it. Unfortunately, the service was also lacking; our server forgot to bring out the salads first and continued to walk past our table. When we requested a sauce, it took over 15 minutes for him to bring it. At one point, I even asked him if I should go get it myself since he seemed unable to manage our order properly. Given that it's not a budget restaurant, the poor food and service have made me reconsider returning. The best hummus!!! The food is consistently delicious here. The service depends on who is working the floor.On my first visit the waitress was excellent.I went back a few days later there was a wait outside. I went in to give my name and waited behind a small family that said they had been waiting to give their name. Finally a server approached asked if they received a text they explained they wanted to give their name. The server said oh we 're done for the day, we 're not adding anyone else for the night . There was not any notice indicating they were at capacity for the night. No door greeter. That family and my party waisted our time hoping to dine in.I will go again but only before 7pm...

Clean and fairly nice atmosphere. Busy, because of the area. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had the beef kabob. Wait time for food wasn’t long and Staff was friendly. The chicken wrap was bland and had an abundance of mint. I knew that there was mint in the wrap, but the amount was overpowering the other flavors, which were all under seasoned to begin with. I had the Mediterranean salad and couldn’t eat it because the dressing provided on the side was just oil and vinegar. Even after shaking it in the container, there were no added seasonings. Well normally I’m very pleased with this restaurant however not so much tonight. I ordered an ice tea and was told they only had one flavor, peach ginger unsweetened tea, it was ok but they must have an ice shortage. The food arrived and it was fresh off the grill. Maybe they have been having a lot of theft from the tables because there was no salt or pepper on table and the normal other condiments were not on the table either.
