"My friend and I went on 07/10/21 and was 100% disappointed. I would expect extraordinary customer service for a restaurant that charges 22% service charge/gratuity charge. The lady that attended us was not attentive. We requested to sit at another table and were advised it was not possible as that specific table had been reserved, yet she never went to see what reservations were in place and no one ever was seated at that table. Also, others that came after us, ate and left while we sat there waiting for someone to come by to request our check. Although the food was great, I will NOT recommend or return due to the horrible service."

Terrible!!! We sat for 35 min before we even got a glass of water. We felt bad for the waitress but I do have to say the manager was there and he was not doing anything to help her View menu

Love the wines here. It a fun place to go with friends and drink wine. Cheese Charcuterie boards are a must as is any of the sandwiches. You can also buy wines to take home here. My husband and I did flight and then picked up bottles of our favorites to take home.

The owner was really rude to us while we were visiting I wouldn’t leave a bad review if he wasn’t so rude. The food is mediocre. The ambiance is amazing But Super expensive for not so great food. They also kept bringing us the wrong entrees. I saw them bring one to us then take it directly to other table as it sat on ours for 5 minutes View menu

We 2pm reservations at 12:25pm that same day I received a txt to confirm I was attending. I arrived at 2:15 and they told us the kitchen closes at 2:30 and that we needed to leave at 3pm because they close. I was unaware of this so we rushed to eat. They should not take reservations that late and if they do as curtesy they should let the customers know that they close at 3pm

The ambiance is amazing, great Ig photo spot and the servers are very nice. however, there were a few thing we found off putting, the servers linger around your table and you almost feel rushed to order and leave. Our waitress recommended a roll that which we unwittingly agreed to that was our least enjoyed food item and it was the most expensive item on the bill once it arrived. And then they charged a 22% “fee” before tip, without prior disclosure. At the end of the day I would go back for the atmosphere and amazing lobster rolls again, but next time will be much more conscious of what I order

"Had a perfect and delicious special occasion dinner here! The ambiance is modern high end steakhouse, with a great selection including various wagyu items and a variety of great seafood options as well including fresh oysters and caviar service. The staff from host to server to bussers are all exceptional, and the kitchen turns out perfect dish after perfect dish. If I could afford it, I 'd want to eat here at least once a week. It is so excellent, delicious, and high quality. To start off the kitchen gave us a few gougères, light cheesy kind of small popovers, which was such a nice way to start. Then I had a lovely cocktail called Start Me Up (Flor de Caňa, Myers 's Dark, Orgeat, Pineapple Juice, Passionfruit and it came with a cool big ice cube in it that said CUT. I LOVE good bread, and if you 're like me, you must order the bread here. You get parmesan crisps, Hokkaido milk bread (nice warm pull apart rolls , and pretzel rolls, served with roasted red pepper walnut dip and room temperature (aka spreadable! butter. This was all so good. We also got a salad to share that was an off menu seasonal special of white asparagus and dill with olive oil and balsamic topped with the famous Harry 's strawberries (renowned and unrivaled $20 per pound organic strawberries . I love when a restaurant has this kind of seasonal inventive dish that opens your eyes to a new flavor combination. This was spring meets summer in a dish. Excellent. Make sure to give serious consideration to any seasonal specials they 're offering when you 're there! The steaks we had were cooked as we ordered them and delicious. They automatically come with a selection of sea salt, Hawaiian black salt, dijon, and whole grain mustard for the table to share. It 's a lovely bonus but I wonder how much goes to waste, since the amounts provided are pretty large, and we only used very small amounts of them. I think, if they wanted to, they could invest in smaller containers without any customer complaints. My favorite revelation among many at CUT was the Caramelized Onions which I ordered to go with my steak, and now I want them with every steak I ever have from here on out! On the menu it says next to them available in three varieties meaning they use three different types of onions to make this, and I can 't remember what types the server told me they used but I want to say it may have been cipollini, shallot, and red onion, but I could be wrong. Whatever they use, it 's amazing and I can 't recommend them highly enough. One order of it is plenty to share among two to three steaks. But I did love having some leftover to take home with me, and I may even intentionally order extra next time to make sure I get some to bring home! We got a side of broccolini to share that was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I love bright veggies to accompany steak, they balance/complement each other nicely. For dessert we shared a chocolate souffle which was served with sides of chocolate sauce and whipped crème fraîche so perfect and light as a cloud like a souffle should be. And my favorite was the Banana Cream Pie which was plated in delicate, light layers of caramelized puff pastry and banana slices, vanilla crème brûlée, and banana jam, with a side scoop of banana sorbet. This is so good, the Minions would lose their minds! Overall we had an exquisite dinner experience, and I HIGHLY recommend CUT!"
