"Very disappointed! These pictures only count for a small portion of my disappointment from spending $65 on this mess. The food was absolutely gross. Not sure if maybe it was just an off day today but yuck! I ordered the fish dinner as well as the 3meat dinner. Nothing had any flavor. The fish seemed as though it was fried in old oil. The crust was hard and not attached to the fish itself. The pulled pork was not cooked thoroughly neither were the baby back ribs. As you can see in the pictures the mashed potatoes were boxed and basically watered down. The cornbread was burnt (taste and smell) It crumbled to the touch. The yams had a decent taste however they were so watery to where they just melted and had to be scooped with a spoon. There was absolutely no substance to them. This was by far the worst experience I had with hambones. The one on Alondra wasn?t the best but it was never this bad."

"Finally tried this hole in the wall, family owned place and I am glad I did. It is old school and they take pride in the food. The server was very sweet, maybe it was the owners daughter. The owner was puttering around as well. He seems nice! Locals were here hanging out, drinking wine with their meals. Portion are enormous! A small family of 2 and their kid came and just ordered fettuccini and the bread. The waitress answered a lot of my questions. I ordered the fried calamari, a pasta reggiana with chicken, sausage, onion, peppers, in a mild tomato sauce, and my partner ordered the Corleone pizza special. Everything was delicious, the Parmesan at the table tasted real, the sauces aren't the normal bottled sweet chunky sauces. Also the waitress said my pasta would taste even better the next day and it did!! Will be back. I think the place could do with a bit of sprucing up and cleaning because there's lots of kitschy decor and signs. But otherwise it's cute!"

"2/14/23 Another Shrimp Pad Thai craving fulfilled!!!Decided to grab some fabulous tasty noodles from Jazz Melody because I didn't want to cook (and I REALLY had a hankering! . Called it in for pick up was told it's cash only today because they're having technical issues with their machine, and it'll be15 minutes.About 17 minutes, I walked in and AK, yes, I asked, like AK-47?-and he smiled even widely, had my order ready for me. He offered, hot /or soy sauce and chopsticks--I paid the man and I was outta there in a jiffy. My pad Thai was delectable! Noodles were perfect, chewy, the sauce was a bit tangy, a little sweet the way I like it. There about 6 jumbo shrimp, cooked delicately which complimented the noodles. I added a little vinegar hot sauce and Pow! Delicious!Excellent choice!"

"This experience was incredibly frustrating. We waited a long time to be seated, then spent 25 minutes waiting to sit outside at empty tables. After that, we waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we decided to leave, the waiter told us not to go because our food was finally on its way. To top it off, the manager seemed more interested in looking good than providing any real help. This was definitely not worth my money, and I didn't leave a tip. If you want to succeed in the service industry, customer service needs to be a priority. I will absolutely never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone! On a positive note, the bill arrived quickly, like a flash."

The service was equally impressive, with staff that were friendly and efficient, also deserving a 5. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant, even though I took my meal to go, contributed to the overall enjoyment, earning another 5. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, this place is a great value. Highly recommend!"
