Perhaps it was on the pay terminal and I missed it which feels sneaky. Had I been asked, I would have firmly declined. I guess I was distracted by the tipping prompts which start at 20% at the lowest. I guess I'm jaded by feeling constantly pushed and cajoled by restaurants on these two points."

Not sure how this place gets more than 4 stars. The staff are egregiously rude and every time I’ve eaten here everything is over salted beyond belief, probably to hide the lack of flavor. Not worth it. View menu

I ordered the GLUTEN FREE Bolognese and my husban ordered the Cacio e Pepe and they were both slammin. Needed to reheat them just a smidge once they arrived, but they were perfect. Like we were eating them at the restaurant.

Pasta Louise is my go-to and favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. Their pasta is always fresh, their pastries delicious, and the portions generous. I tried the Slow Cooked Bolognese for the first time yesterday, and will be ordering it again today.

Fresh pastas’ texture was very good. Each day they feature a special pasta shape, customers choose the sauce! Today’s pasta was radiatori and I liked it. The winter citrus salad with goat cheese was very good also. The staff were very kind except onefemale staff in front of the restroom. She was so rude. View menu

The outdoor seating area is quite lovely, and if the weather were warmer, it would be wonderful to enjoy a meal outside. It's definitely a delightful place that I would love to revisit – ideal for a date! I had Pasta Louise for the first time, and I was really impressed. The pasta was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, with fantastic options for additions. The staff were extremely friendly and offered excellent recommendations.

Food is disgusting. Avoid the lasagna at all costs!!!!!!I didn 't enjoy anything that I ordered and this place is worse than the Olive Garden. Food is NOT made fresh on the premises and is apparently shipped in and reheated at the location.Everything just tasted gross and unappetizing. I couldn 't even finish it.Ordered a lasagna to go and my roommate could not even stomach it. Not sure where the great reviews are coming from, but I 'd never return to this restaurant serving OVERPRICED reheated slop!!!
