"Edit: I went back about 10 days after this review and after getting a response from Pat's about my review. It was great this time and what we've always come to expect from Pat's Donuts. Thank you for going above and beyond, I wasn't expecting anything from my review tbh let alone a response to it, it's good to know that some businesses still appreciate customer feedback and will go the extra mile to make it right. Usually love this place but yesterday I stopped and got 5 donuts and 4 kolaches and a breakfast croissant sandwich. The donuts were still raw in the middle, I was charged for half a dozen mixed donuts and only order 5, that’s not half a dozen, and I was charged for a long John which I didn’t even order. Idk what’s happening here but I’ve frequented this business often over the years and never had this kind of experience until yesterday. I’m not sure we are going to be choosing pat’s anymore when we want donuts and kolaches because of this. I’ve seen a lot of new faces recently and maybe people haven’t been trained properly or something but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended."

This was my first visit, and I ordered a B-E-C-Taco, a sausage cache, a glazed donut, and a chocolate-filled donut. I have to say, everything was fantastic!

So disappointed in pats recently, I came at 4:30 am expecting my donuts to be warm and fresh.They were hard and cold. I’m not even sure if they were from yesterday.

This was my first visit, and it certainly won’t be my last! My mother mentioned that her breakfast was excellent, so I decided to try something light. I ordered a cappuccino and some donut holes. The staff member recognized me as soon as I walked in and was very attentive after I wrapped up my window job while waiting for my arrival. Thank you once more; I’ll definitely come back to try more items from the menu! View menu

2nd FAVORITE donut I have ever had in my life and i 've tried them all!Plus, they are generous, good people.A worker from Pat 's (co owner i believe) is a client where i work. He came in the other day with 2 dozen donuts and kolaches. I didn 't try the kolaches but i had about 5 donuts and majority of them home. SO soft moist but not too moist. The icing is like frosting which is the best part!! Every donut I tried was phenomenal. 5 STARS from me!! '

These people have found breakfast food! Wifey mentioned that I wanted to try her several times recently and that she had a few hard weeks, she surprised this morning by bringing Pats to her. I ordered one of all on the menu (which was made and easily available), and they did not disappoint. Pats is now one of our favorite stops. The croissants were ridiculously good, the og cinnamon roll is so good it can start fighting when eaten in the public, and do not let me start on the kolaches
