"If I could leave zero stars I would, traveled all the way from California to spend time with my family. On our last day we wanted to have breakfast together as a family, the initial waiting time was 45 mins. After over an hour of waiting and no communication, we asked what was going on, we were told the waiter REFUSED to serve groups because they were NOT GETTING TIPPED like they (the server) wanted?????????????? The entitlement at this place is ridiculous!!!"

Amazing breakfast joint. Each PAC keeps that mom-and-pop service and personable relationship with guests. Always well worth the wait. There usually is a wait, tho so definitely plan for that. This is definitely one of our favorite breakfast cafes.

Penny Ann’s Cafe has such delicious breakfast! There are lots of options and large servings. The staff is very friendly. There can be a bit of a wait if you go on Saturday, but to me that is a good sign that it is a great place to eat. It is worth the wait! I had the bacon and mushroom omelet today and it was loaded! Also comes with potatoes and choice of toast/pancake/French toast. A great value and great food!
