"This is by far the best restaurant in Dallas, and likely the finest in Texas. If this place were in New York or Washington, D.C., it would have a Michelin star and a two-month waitlist. However, its unpretentious exterior and BYOB policy make it a true hidden gem in East Dallas. The menu changes often, which is a perfect excuse to keep coming back, and Chef Misti will introduce you to delicious meats and flavors you never thought you would enjoy. First-timers should definitely order the charcuterie board along with some pasta dishes, then return to sample the pig tails. The staff is wonderful too. I could rave about this place for hours, but what you really need to do is just experience it for yourself."

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you enjoy unique cuisine. Keep in mind that it's primarily a pop-up, so be patient, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Unique tasting menu. For prix-fixe everyone arrives at the same time and waits outside to be sat all at once in a homelike setting. It is a meal that invites memorable conversation. It includes personal service, attention to detail and unusual offerings. Nice for a date or special occasion.

I love bringing new people here and taking them on a culinary journey. They do a la carte dining most nights of the week and have a pre-fixe tasting menu on Saturday’s.Hands down the best restaurant in Dallas! Chef Misti cooks some of the most interesting, beautiful, and delicious dishes I’ve ever had.Very delicious food I'm just loving it, I would love to come again.

Absolutely the most delicious plates I’ve had in the DFW area!!! Complexity of flavors. We tried 3 plates which were enough for 2 people to be honest. But we loved it so much that despite being full we just had to try the dessert. We plan on trying the 6 course meal next for a special occasion. Can’t wait. Note the service is chill (a little slow) but that allowed my husband and I the space to converse on our date night. Bring a bottle of wine (byob)! View menu

Hands down the best restaurant in Dallas! Chef Misti cooks some of the most interesting, beautiful, and delicious dishes I’ve ever had. The pig tails are always to die for and the pasta is fantastic. I love bringing new people here and taking them on a culinary journey. They do a la carte dining most nights of the week and have a pre-fixe tasting menu on Saturday’s. Both are fantastic! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a unique place to eat. Oh and did I mention it’s BYOB?!!!

Petra and the Beast was truly an amazing culinary experience that I’ll treasure and use as baseline going forward. Off menu and un-pictured were a bourbon and cognac orange drink to start, and a spiced apple granita intermezzo. The fact that Petra is also BYOB, means that youre able to bring what you enjoy, but I paired my tasting with the recommended Bar and Garden wines. This is something in Dallas that I’d 100% recommend to anyone who hasn’t been, or someone that wants a memorable and exquisite culinary experience. I’ll be back with friends for that updated menu sometime in the future, can’t wait. 10/10
