The clientele are rather rude and the owner or manager (some old lady) just stood behind our table glaring at us. We felt very unwelcome."

Petrarca is one of our favorite places in the neighborhood. The service is excellent and you can actually sit and talk without screaming. The grilled salmon with a balsamic cranberry reduction and the lasagna are two of our favorites. The owner makes many of the desserts. Highly recommend View menu

My husband and I recently discovered a restaurant that exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We celebrated our anniversary at Petrarca last night and were thoroughly impressed. This hidden gem offers high-quality food, excellent service, and affordable prices. We will definitely return next time we are in NYC.

This restaurant has a lovely ambiance and attentive servers. Our group of four dined here after a Broadway show. Three of us opted for the special, a pasta dish with capers, tomato sauce, and fresh tuna. It was absolutely delicious, though the name escapes me. We also enjoyed a pizza as an appetizer, which was also very tasty.
