"OMG!!! I’ve lived all over and have consumed mass amounts of Phö in my lifetime. Therefore, I can attest this is some of the best I’ve ever had.The peanut sauce with the spring rolls was unique with a twang that was a delight to the senses. The Vietnamese rolls were hot and crispy to perfection. Usually, rare beef in a hot broth becomes rubbery and tough. This beef actually became more tender with each bite.The Thai Ice tea wasn’t too sweet and possessed more of the ‘tea’ elements that I love. Overall, it clear that there is a mass amount of ‘love’ that goes into these dishes and it does not go unnoticed.Also, a shout out to V. She was engaging and delightful with our conversation.I WILL BE BACK!?"

On my first visit, I was really impressed. I ordered the brautpho, and it was delicious. I do wish they offered green tea boba, though! I also tried the mango boba, and it was very sweet.

I am from the opposite of boston and we love our pho suppen. my friend lives here in loveland and said it was a must. soouu good! so friendly and professional. a very simple, clean place with amazing eating

Best Pho I've had in Northern Colorado so far. Flavor was great and they were generous with the add ins (basil, sprouts... . I'd also like to add that this is the only place so far that I've been given actual meatballs in my soup rather than thin slices of meatballs. Very nice! I will be back again soon. View menu

I had previously visited Pho Lan at its old location but decided to give it another try. In my opinion, the new location is better, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. It feels like just another average pho restaurant. While I believe their pho is still decent, I would rate it a solid three stars.

Really the best pho in NoCo. Everything is fresh, clean, and delicious. The broth is outstanding and the heaps of fresh cilantro, basil and sprouts were generous. They gave us everything we wanted and the service was great, the atmosphere calm. You do have to pay before you eat but that's no big deal. They have many delicious dishes besides pho, including Pad Thai and other familiar Asian dishes. Well worth the drive from Fort Collins.
