"Order placed through yelp. I arrive 30 min later they don 't have my order. They offer to make it. I return in 20-30, nothing they forgot but now they say they have received my original order... I wait in my car 15-20 as they make it... they bring out HALF. I ask for a partial refund. The food was terrible and not what the website said. My fresh salad rolls had no salad. It was over fried hard tofu (verrrrry greasy) with spaghetti noodles in a chewy rice wrapper. The peanut sauce was fine, probably bc it wasn 't house made. I 've ordered salad rolls dozens of times and this wasn 't right. I also got 2 instead of 4. My husbands dish was overly greasy overly deep fried tofu plus a couple of vegetables (like 3 pieces of broccoli) and a pile of dry rice. He orders lemon grass tofu all the time and it 's usually not deep fried to oblivion and comes with a true side of vegetables. He also said it didn 't taste like usual nor was it very good The staff seems overworked and my heart goes out to them but perhaps it would be better to only be open a few days per week and put out good food bc at least then you 'll get repeat business!? Super disappointed."

First time trying pho and it was delicious here!! I had the vegetarian with tofu. Highly recommend and looking forward to trying their Pad Thai on my next visit.

This place has great Pho and Bun. It's the only Vietnamese in town. The service here is great. The staff are always very friendly and helpful if you have never had Vietnamese food.

The food is delicious and would come back again. I would recommend you call in your order due to they get busy. Sorry to say they are not open on Saturdays, which is a disappointing. View menu

The food is good at this restaurant, although there have been a few occasions when the person taking my phone order did not seem very enthusiastic. However, the food is worth the wait.

Despite the fact that the restaurant has closed and they have now opened a food cart in front of Coastal Supply in The Dalles, the quality of their food remains unchanged. Their Pho is still exceptional, and perhaps even better than before.

This Vietnamese restaurant in the area is great. I love it! The food is amazing (I recommend C1 and B7), but be prepared for a long wait. It's better to order takeout instead. If they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, expect to wait 45 instead lol. View menu

The food is great and that 's why I always come back and the staff are very friendly and know my order when I come in to pick it up. It 's usually always a bigger order to go. But there 30 mins is more like an hour if not more! Today I ordered at 12:54, it said it would be done no later then 1:34. I went at 1:55 and it still wasn 't ready. I came back at 2:10 and it was ready. So it took 1.25 hours. If your wanting it at a certain time, make extra time!

Was headed to the main Thai place in town, but the reviews lately are not good. So I saw the great reviews on this place and came here. Very good Vietnamese food! Generous portions, they don't skimp on the meat, and it was fresh. I got the beef pad thai and the beef curry soup. Omg so delicious on a cold rainy day. I love that The Dalles had a place like this. I hope it stays good as I've many of my usual places have gone down hill during and after the Pandemic. Probably not entirely their fault though. Cheers!

"When we arrived, the young waiter did not acknowledge us for almost ten minutes, despite other staff members suggesting where we should be seated. Once we were finally seated, he ignored us again for another fifteen minutes until another employee had to direct him to our table. After we managed to place our order, he confirmed it, and we agreed it was correct. However, we continued to wait without receiving any soup that was supposed to come with our meals. Eventually, a waitstaff member who was assisting brought my wife her soup, and when she asked about our two egg flower soups, she was given those as well. Meanwhile, the young waiter was occupied taking another table's order and told them they could just check the menu for side orders they wanted. He seemed to be in a bad mood. We waited another thirty minutes, and my family shared my wife’s meal while we continued to wait for mine. When the waiter finally walked by, I asked him about my order (the number 12), and he simply said it hadn't been ordered. I told him I had indeed ordered it, and he replied that he would go put it in. In frustration, I told him not to worry about it, and he walked away. By this time, our three kids were restless, and we didn’t want to wait any longer. I asked another waitress for our check, and she could sense something was wrong. When we received the bill, it included the number 12, which had already been marked as paid. As we were in the middle of the restaurant, the waiter suddenly announced that my food was ready. I explained to him that I no longer wanted it, but he began conversing with his coworkers in their language, so we decided to leave. I have never been so disappointed in one of my favorite local restaurants. My family and I used to come here once or twice a month, and it saddens me to say we will not be returning."
