"We had a great experience at this charming restaurant located in an old church on a peaceful street. The menu clearly highlights vegan options, making it easy to choose. We decided to sit on the patio on a sunny Saturday, where we enjoyed live music and a relaxed brunch with coffee. Both the patio and interior dining areas were spacious and inviting. The restaurant caters well to vegans, offering a variety of food options, smoothies, and non-dairy milk for coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although this is not a fast-food establishment, they do offer takeout options. We recommend taking your time to soak in the atmosphere. Our favorite dishes were the Harvest Bagel, "Healthful Porridge," Avo Toast, and a delicious smoothie."

Biscuit and Groovy is always great, love the fried onions on top, nice flavor. I would suggest being able to add side of bacon/sausage/eggs for extra. Love this place!

The Healthful Porridge and Keto Scramble were incredible! They had such delicious flavor and just the right amount for two people. The delivery from Dasher was speedy and friendly, as usual. We will definitely be ordering these dishes again soon.

My avocado toast wasnt really toasted today, apparently because of an issue with their grill but when I called they were super kind and offered to get me a free slice this weekend. : I appreciate their friendliness and willingness to listen. And the bravado sandwich was to die for.

Kids found The Riv while arguing over where to go for breakfast and they NAILED IT. The 6 of us came on what turned out to be their 6th anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the register to find out our 6th meal was free in celebration of the anniversary (yay! Such a beautiful remodel(? repurpose(? of an old church something you don't often see. The food is even better. Glad we went and we'll back back every year when we come visit family. Only regret is not knowing about The Riv sooner.

I have only heard good things about this restaurant, but I am extremely disappointed. The difference between the picture and the actual food was shocking. The portion sizes were very small. If I had known, I would not have paid for this food. The eggs were wet and overcooked on the edges, and the small piece of avocado was slimy. The bacon was split in half and crumbled. The biscuit was dry and looked like a table coaster. The name of the dish implies you should get more than one, but that was not the case.
