"There was a patron that knew all of the staff that was so obnoxiously loud I could not believe staff was not telling him to quiet down uncomfortably loud!!! My steak sandwhich was chewy there were parts I could not chew and had to put in a napkin. The beer was cold and delicious the waitress took my empty away asked if I wanted another I said no she brought me a $6 beer anyway. Ok the second beer I didn’t order was delicious so the ONLY thing I’ll say is the beer is good. If the dude with the short red hair is there, bring hearing protection ."

Our initial experience was positive, but after our second visit, we won’t be returning. We waited 10 minutes for a menu, and then two tables that arrived after us placed their food orders before we did. The bartender/server clearly needs more training.

Took more than an hour for delivery on Sunday evening. Young delivery guy was very nice. Pizza was the way I like, crispy crust. 4 stars only because of the time it took to deliver 5 minutes away. Parking: Very difficult parking on a steep incline. Use caution backing out. View menu

I was overserved at the bar.Stumbled out of my seat.No care from bartender. She escorted out the door and said never come back...They didn't even ask me if I was driving.Luckily I had an UBER.They didn't know that. They never asked..Everyone be careful. All they care about is how much money you spend...

Ordered a pizza for pickup and the service on the phone started out very abrupt and lacking customer service. Ordered just a regular cheese and pepperoni pizza, pizza was all dough and barely any cheese. Overall, unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again, would have preferred to order from dominoes.

Used to love the pizza but lately when I have it delivered it’s either burnt or too much sauce.or barely any cheese on it. I ordered an xl with extra cheese and the top is disgustingly burnt again. Idk what happened to that place but I don’t think we’ll be ordering again anytime soon. I get it gets busy but whoever is cooking the pizza should tell it’s burnt. It’s common sense. View menu

I'll always remember that night in 2022 when my family and I gathered for a Saturday get-together. I was pregnant and designated driver, but the bartender really nailed it! When it was time for pickle shots, he made sure I had my own shot glass of pickle juice so I could join in. It was such a thoughtful touch! Besides that, the wings and fries were fantastic as well. He was truly great!

Unfortunately, their customer service/delivery has declined over the years. We recently moved closer to Picasso's and during the move/unpacking we have ordered from there several times. Every time we have ordered delivery, the order has been incorrect and we have to call back to have them correct the order. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 20+ years and it's disheartening to see that their customer service has continued to decline.

"The restaurant is attached to the Hilton hotel. See my review) My expectations were as low as they could go. When I entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised with how many people were there and the great vibe i got. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Holly. She welcomed me with a huge smile and I asked for a menu. The menu was more sophisticated than I thought it would be. I asked Holly for a recommendation; she explained that I couldn’t go wrong with any of the items on the menu. She mentioned the braised short ribs and I quickly said “yes”. When my food was placed in front me the aroma of the ribs made my mouth water. The first bite and every bite after that were heaven. The ribs melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were incredible. The sautéed spinach left me wanting more. I ate everything which is something I rarely do. Holly offered me a dessert menu. This would be the true test. If the dessert turned out bad I probably would not be writing this review. Holly was adamant that I try the bread pudding. She insisted that I get a’ la mode. Let me tell you that her recommendation put this dessert over the top. It was the best bread pudding I had ever had. It tasted like French toast. I wanted to gobble it all up , but restrained myself. I regret my decision. I wish I scarfed it down. If you are near this restaurant, even a 100 miles away you need to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. The staff had smiles on their faces. They were happy and helpful. The restaurant was clean, the bar had a great selection of alcohol. The wine list was simple and had something for every price range. I had a glass of “Flower”. My personal favorite. They offered beer from local breweries and specialty drinks. I don’t write reviews on restaurants usually but this restaurant blew me away. It was 0.2 miles from the airport. Please, treat yourself to a lovely dinner or lunch) at this restaurant. I know I’ll be back. Ps Holly, thank you for making my night. I’ll be back."

"We have been coming here for 28 years. I brought my kids here I brought my grandkids here and my mother-in-law and father-in-law live down the street quarter mile. The last few trips to Rhode Island we were unable to get to Iggy's so it's been a couple of years. We ordered the fish and chips, we ordered red chowder, white chowder and of course clam cake. To say our hearts broke is an understatement. The clam cakes used to be full of clams and had odd shapes because they were hand dropped.. these look definitely balled up like meatballs; like they were shaped.. if not frozen and then reheated. Hardly any clams in the clam cake. My husband was excited when he found one clam chunk; sarcastically excited. I remember boasting about how you could stick a spoon straight up in the chowder..not this one it was runny and watery and disgusting. It didn't even taste like clams it tasted like potato soup..barely. The red chowder wasn't even red it was like a mix between clear and red but someone decided to throw in three little canned tomato pieces. The baked scallops were soggy and disgusting and the french fries, even though I know they come frozen, we're nothing to boast about either. The fish n chips disappointed. It used to be a fish that barely fit in the container and now it's a fish that could fit in one side portion of the container. The baked scrod was not bad but it just looked ick. Iggy's threw a small piece of fish in with some squishy side vegetables and some rice pilaf that look like it came out of a bag premade. All of the lemons they gave us were disgusting and smelled like soap and were oily; so we had to throw them out. The only pictures I could take was right before my husband dumped it all down the sink. We had guests for lunch who had never had Iggy's and we must have boasted and boasted about it for hours before it arrived. We spent well over $240 on this order and I feel like we got ripped off big time by Iggy's. We will not come back anymore. I can understand the price hikes and I can understand the economy but I cannot understand changing recipes that made this place famous. I now feel 100% confident that my white chowder is better than theirs any day of the week. And that is something that I would never have said over the two plus decades we have been coming here. Is so sad when a childhood memory turns into an adult nightmare. Do better Iggy's... Just do better. Economy be damned don't screw with the chowder and the clam cakes. After all that's what made you famous and that was the original menu. -Sad and disappointed, Local Oakland Beacher. They're so-called red chowder is picture here and my mother-in-law sink. I should have just set my money on fire."
