"We been to this restaurant several times while visiting family in Park Slope. It was our favorite. However, this trip in June 2002 we believe there was a substantial decline in quality. We even ate there a second time thinking they had a bad night. No it was really mediocre to bad. The calamari appetizer was too tough, the pork chop tasteless, my heretofore favorite, the risotto Milanese and Squid Ink were bland. Their sister restaurant Costo was great. The restaurant is in a really lovely location with lots of outdoor seating. The service was great! The food overall was good. The pastas are homemade and it did make the dishes more special.

the food was wonderful! we got some Sauvignon blanc, a strawberry basil bruschetta that was amazing, and the Grandma bolognese and the alfredo. The staff was a little inattentive as they got busier, once we got our food nobody came by to check on us and we had to hunt them down for the bill. but the food and drink was amazing and the staff was friendly!
