"We ordered food but didn’t receive the regular steak sandwich with sauce and onions. We would have eaten there, but they mentioned they were closing soon, so we opted for takeout. When we got home, 20 minutes later, I found cheese on my steak, and I cannot consume dairy products. The order clearly indicated “regular steak, no cheese” in bold letters. Make sure to check your food, as this could have ended badly. R.P.S."

Found this place about 7 years ago next to my mother's neighborhood. Staff is great, food is good and very reasonably priced.

I really like this place. I get cheese steak hoagie which is delicious . They are friendly fast and efficient. They are 1 of 2 pizza shops that I go to. View menu

I had a sausage and onion pizza, and it was good, though it could have used a bit more sauce. I'm not a fan of a very thin crust, but theirs is just right.

The food tastes great and was a very good meal for the price. I left feeling completely full! Everyone working there was very nice. Didn't have to wait very long to get the food either. Would recommend!Food: 5/5

Day after Christmas stopped for a pie. Got the special pizza. Very fresh and all the toppings were delicious. I also love their shop in Strasburg. Excellent chef salad. The owners are really friendly and will make your food your way if you ask, like I do. ;)Food: 5/5 View menu

Ok place but disappointed in the lack of a lunch special menu. The amount of mushrooms on my slice was overwhelming, can’t believe I’m saying that because I love mushrooms. Staff was not very friendly and a bit loud, so overall a mixed bag at best.Food/Menu: 3.5Atmosphere: 2.8Pricing/Value: 4.8

Pizza is all this writer needs. It's a pizza shop claiming NY style. First stop it. Nothing out here is close to any style from NY. The pizzas here trash. All fit on one hand. Service. Trash. Also ambiance trash. It would help if there was a good guard over the counter. The pizzas sit on a counter and all I had to do was sneeze and it was have been contaminated. Get a counter shield

"The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc. I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."
