"I had a very unpleasant experience at the Pizza Factory due to the behavior of the owner. She was quite rude and disrespectful to me. I was asked to leave not because of any rude or unreasonable behavior on my part, but because I commented that I wished I had been informed earlier about the additional $4 charge for a pizza I had already paid for. I had mentioned that if I had known, I would have chosen a cheaper option from their menu. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner suggested she would refund my money and that I should go somewhere else, along with using rude language and gestures."
