Pizza Palace - Menu

Don't Bother!. The lowest quality grub I've had in OKC! The pizza is barely mediocre. The cheese has no flavor, nor does the pepperoni! The sandwiches are so far below average I can't describe! I can't in all good conscience return for another round of spending my hard earned money on such low quality food, which term (food) I use loosely!

Expect Less. I was told my pizza would be 30-45 minutes. When I called to check at the 50 minute mark I was told it was on its way. 1.5 hours after I ordered I received my cold pizza and was expected to pay full price. When I called the restaurant they asked What's the problem . If the pizza were worth the wait it would be a different story. Sadly, it was cold and didn't even live up to the quality of your average freezer section pizza.

late night pizza. the first thing that attracted me to this place is that it is so late open. they are open during the week to 3 clock and at the weekend 4 clock. I often hang on this side of the city so that this is a big plus for me. they also have a pick-up special 1 large 2 topping pizza for 7.99 I got a pfefferoni and black olive pizza and it was pretty good. not to write home, but I like the sose and the crust tasted as if they had cleaned it with a lot of garlic butter and I really enjoyed it. I had last month a calzone of them, he messed up and made it like a pizza, I didn't want to wait for them to do another so that I did it last night, gave them another chance to get it right. that is what I got, a burned black calzone, no sweat (burned) to the point that it fell apart. who would sell you that? these young don't give a damn thing about what they sell or have proud as long as they get their money, they are happy. the place was dirty, this time I went into my advice, they stay clear of this place.

Got a calzone from them last month, he messed up and made it like a pizza, I did not want to wait for them to make another one so I took it.  Last night, gave them one more chance to get it right. This is what I got, A burned black calzone, No joking (burned) to the point it was falling apart. Who in the world would sell you that? These guys don't give a damn about what they sell or have any pride, as long as they get your money they are happy. Note; the place was dirty this time I went in.  My advise, Stay clear of this place.

my friend and I had some calzone and mush rooms, zuchinni, and okra ordered. we had delivered it, in consideration of the distance between the restaurant and our house, it took one because to have delivered it. it took 1 and 1/2 hours, but it was good. they gave us a discount and was very friendly and on the menu it says "experience a taste from this world it is the evu! I don't think I've ever brought such a thing. it was the best I had. they can taste the fresh and carefree, which they put in every item once again it was very very, very good eating. we will definitely order again. Worst ever!! I submitted an order online and then called an hour later to be told my order was never received. Woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and hateful and laughed when I was concerned my credit card had already been charged. Said she would have manager call me and asked for my name but interrupted when I tried to spell my name and then raised her voice. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, but I will say that the manager just called back and offered to make the order and take off five bucks. Little consolation for how I was treated, unfortunately its dec 25 and they are the only place open today. I will NEVER call them again!!!!

I ordered a pizza and some hot wings. you said it would be there in 45-55 minutes. So if an hour and ten minutes pass by, I call her back to discover that my pizza was torn for thirty minutes in the stretch, but had made a few stops on the way. then I tell him to keep it as I was in the mood for cold pizza. He says he's fine. less than a minute later, I got a call from the manager of the pizzapalast, who starts screaming at me and telling me that they can cook it before me. after his screaming I calmly notify him that I didn't want it, as I had been told by his hired, that it had been in someone's car for thirty minutes. This is my first time ordering from here and I had a feeling I shouldn't have ordered when the guy on the phone didn't sound too happy that I called. It took them well over an Hr to deliver and they are literally 4 blocks from me. The side salad was decent and somewhat fresh with more veggies than usual. My fiance and I were not happy with the marinara sauce on our spaghetti and lasagna. It tasted like it was expired and the spaghetti noodles were no where near aldente. Soggy pasta, burnt cheese and I ordered 2 meatballs with my pasta and they charged $1 for each one.
