"Though the people are friendly, this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. I’ve tried this place twice… first I had the king poa chicken, second the general tso… this food literally tasted like nothing and the texture is all off.. the portion sizes are good and the food is hot but it’s literally like eating 100 pure msg. I will never eat here again. I’m sure the people who enjoy this food never had this type of food outside of this town"

"It took a lot for me to leave the second star, but I 'm not the type of person to leave one star just because I 'm angry. My wife, Emily, and I ate the pizza, which we liked, but it 's not enough for us to ever come back. We were seated by this very sweet, young waitress with glasses, who gave us our menus with a smile. Our waitress, who I can 't remember her name, but was older and very abrupt and rude, asked what we wanted to drink. Without having a chance to look at the menus, we asked what kind of diet soda they had. She said Diet Coke, Diet Mountain Dew, and Diet Pepsi. We picked Diet Pepsi and Diet Mountain Dew, and she came back with CANS. What kind of restaurant still serves soda in cans? We noticed there was a soda fountain up front. Finally, my wife asked for a refill, which came in another can, and eventually our waitress gave us our ticket, which showed $2.28 for each drink including the refill. What kind of restaurant still charges for refills? And $2.28 for a can of soda? I can get one out of a vending machine for 0.75, and I can buy a 36 pack of Diet Pepsi at Sam 's Club for $10.48 which brings each can of soda to about $0.29 per can. That 's a hell of a markup all the way to $2.28! Also, the ticket was handwritten and did not have the price of the pizza or the total of the meal. Behind the times much? I asked for a refill from the young waitress to bring up this issue. She said she 'd need to update our ticket. My wife asked about charging for refills, and she said your waitress didn 't tell you we charge for can refills but not fountain? We both told her no. She brought us the menu and showed us that it was in there. I told her I 'd just have a water then. I was half expecting to be charged for the water too, since clearly this place marks everything up by 100 times. According to the menu, the fountain soda is the same price as the can soda. Why the hell would I want to pay the same price if I don 't get free refills?! When we paid, I noticed there was a sign that said they do not accept credit or debit cards! I 've NEVER been to a restaurant that does not accept cards. I 've only ever been to a restaurant once that served can sodas and we were made aware of this by the wait staff, and we were charged $1.00 for each can soda and they did not have a fountain option. I almost NEVER carry cash on me. She was lucky I had just enough cash on that day, or I 'd have thrown a fit for having to go hunt down an ATM. I asked our waitress to remove one of the drinks from our ticket, and she begrudgingly did after I explained my argument to her. This earned her the 20% tip she was about to lose because of her attitude. In the end, Princess Grill Pizzeria...we won 't be back. You have A LOT of potential. What a beautiful restaurant and good food. However, you desperately need to update. Stop offering canned soda and, for crying out loud, get a credit card machine. The restaurant was opened in 1915. 1915 is long gone. Credit cards were invented in the 1950s."

"Extra little cup of ranch . 75 cents. The amount of fries they give you is equal to a happy meal fry size.. does deathly isn't the dairy Queen I remember from a few years ago.
