"Beautiful ambience! My husband and I had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed the view. We were greatly anticipating having dinner here and were slightly disappointed to see there were no servers and that you had to order from a window and were served on paper plates. My husband and I both had smallManhattan clam chowders and lobster tails. The chowder was tasty, the lobster roll had somewhat of an imbalance of bread to lobster roll. The lobster roll was lost in the roll in my opinion opinion. The lobster rolls are served with fries and coleslaw. We had nodrinks and paid 100.00 ordinarily I would say this is overpriced but given the location and the ambience the price makes sense. I recommend this eatery!"

Nice setting on the water. Lobster roll was excellent, I had fried flounder not good too greasy! No; waiter to serve you . Pay at the counter and wait for someone in the kitchen to bring the order out to you. They don’t have enough help due to the COVID-19. View menu

Been going here for the better part of 15 years. It's an after beach tradition! Food is fresh and simple, no frills but that's what a clam bar is all about. I love how they expanded the patio but I miss the fishing boats that used to dock beside the restaurant.

Customers flock to this restaurant for its fresh seafood, but they also get to experience a new English-style charm. The interior is super cozy, especially on a crisp day with a water view, and the back bar is perfect for sitting outside during the spring and summer. This place is a true hidden gem on Long Island.

The food is delicious, I really enjoyed the fried shrimp and fish tacos. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. It has a casual vibe and you can choose to eat inside or outside by the harbor. I can't wait for summer to come so I can enjoy the good food with family, friends, and beautiful sunsets. View menu

The food was tasty but a bit expensive. The service was lacking, in fact, it was non-existent. I had to go up and get my own food from the side window. The linguini with white clam sauce was delicious, but the portion size could have been bigger. The steamers were also good. I would give it 4 stars for the food quality, but had to deduct 1 star for the poor service.

the point, the view of the clambar and the catch of the fishermen have joined together to create a large restaurant bar area. this is the place to over the water about 100' from the Buoy bar, but twice the size so simple, a large amount we were a group of over 20. on Friday we went for soft bowling crab, which was tasty served, fried with cole Slav and fryed. on Sunday we have the tuna tacos and a series of muscheln were both excellent. the bar drinks were very good and our group had a very good day. bring a swimsuit for the children as there is a small beach and they can swim a little.

"Upon arrival, we parked our car and a valet man came up to us asking me something in Spanish. I didn’t hear or know if he was speaking to me since he was on the phone so I asked what in English and he blunty just said “$7.” I asked if this was for Puerto Plata and he said yes. My partner didn’t have cash and asked if there was an atm in the place and he said yeah but I said I had the cash. I asked if we pay now or later and he said “now.” He just had his hand out waiting while talking on the phone and I gave him the $7 (a $5 and 2 singles) and he didn’t hand us a ticket. I didn’t think anything of it since we parked our own car and took our keys. After spending $700 on our bill, we went to our car where the valet man approached us saying we didn’t pay and asked for my boyfriend to come with him taking to management. He spoke in Spanish to the manger saying he didn’t remember if we paid. Well maybe if you weren’t on the phone or gave me a ticket, we would not have this problem. The man at the front even said that they have the same valet person and maybe it wasn’t him. It was him and the same rude person. I spoke directly to the valet man saying what I paid and how he was on the phone. The front man was like like aw, it’s okay don’t worry about it but maybe it wasn’t him. No, no, it was and he was taking advantage! We didn’t like being accused of this due to his poor system of handling this. After he spoke to MY BOYFRIEND’S COUSIN, stating we didn’t pay in Spanish thinking she didn’t know us but she told him how we did and the same story. And it’s clear it was him because he told my boyfriend’s cousin what jad happened earlier! The staff inside were very understanding but the situation still rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve never written a review before. It just felt very degrading and felt like he was trying to take advantage since we are young or for other reasons. The food and service is good but valet needs to do something differently!"
