"I'm from California and have had poke bowls maybe less than 15 times, but I'd say this was one of the better ones! I started with the southwest egg rolls (I got it all takeout) haven't had those for over a decade from Chevy's! These were so delicious. Light and crunchy/fluffy fried tortilla exterior, a little sweet inside from the corn and mostly savory inside with beans and cheese, a very mild heat that reminds me of a hot tea or your typical jalapeño nacho cheese. The dip it's served with reminds me of spinach dip, which I love, so this was a really excellent treat. This may be offensive to some and appealing to others, but it's like a few steps above Taco Bell. It fills the void and satisfies your primal desires for this type of flavor profile. Beyond that I had the regular Poke Bowl. The Large size was good for about 2 3 meals for one person. Tbf I ate THREE of the egg rolls and then a chunk of the poke bowl for lunch, more of the poke bowl for dinner, and then the last bit for breakfast the next day. It held up! The fish was fresh, flavorful, chewy usually my problem with poke bowls is that they don't use good fish and then cover it up with sauces. This seemed like good quality (but also the sauces were good). It's a mildly sweet but very savory dish. I've never had banana chips in a poke bowl, but I really liked that for an added tropical flair. The ingredient ratio was just right, I didn't feel that anything was skimped on, and nothing overpowered anything else. ALSO what was really excellent was the rice. I don't even really like rice, but mostly it's because no one knows how to cook it right. This was cooked all the way through, soft and it stayed that way, not hard and stale, and there were enough sauces to evenly coat the rice. I'm not sure if it's an option, but when I'm back again, I'd like to get half rice and half mixed greens if they end up doing that. Finally, I bought a slice of carrot cheesecake. My friend makes the best carrot cake so I always seek out comparisons. This one was okay/decent, and probably would have been the same in its prime as well. A standard carrot cake (I prefer more raisins and spices, and my friend's secret ingredients that she will be selling soon) topped with a standard tangy (like yogurt) and dense cheesecake, topped with a powdered sugar glaze and pecan crumbles. The pecans were a nice touch, good sweet and nutty flavor. The cake was very dry, and the cheesecake was getting a little dry. I do like a dense cheesecake, but prefer a thick whipped cream in it and less tangy flavor. I have no regrets, it was very tasty and you could easily split this slice between 2 3 people. Overall, would go again next time I'm in town! Wish all the poke places were this standard."

Great ceviche, fresh and good taste! I would say get extra since they don't put too much on the tostada.... Clean location and nice employees! Love this spot.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and our server was very friendly. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Hawaiian Bowl and Lavender Milk Tea.

WOW. I'm talking WOW. The BEST Poke place I have ever been to. My gf is big on Poke I'm sort of meh on it, but this was flat out delicious! On top of the fantastic bowls, the service was the best I have ever had at a walk up and order restaurant. I cannot remember the Gentleman's name but he is a GREAT representative of the business. The owner should be very happy!! Recommend 10/10

The ceviche was so disappointing. Really, maybe 3 spoonfuls (see pic), and it wasn't that great. this is the only ceviche on the menu (at least for delivery) which is weird when it's in their name. The poki was good, but the sauces were a bit too rich even for poki. There are also so many things going on in there it was easy to confuse the wasabi for the avocado. The nachos were fun and different. The fish taco (it's only 1 though it says tacoS) was the tastiest thing.

We live in the neighborhood and eat here frequently. We both feel like these are some of the best tacos in Albuquerque. Prompt service... they always come hot, right off the grill. The ambience is a bit lacking, but more than made up for with the quality of the food, the very pleasant service, and the very reasonable prices for tacos. Poké bowls, not so much. The bowls are good, but they're no longer a good value. We ate them frequently through the pandemic when they were. View menu

I was pleasantly surprised to find decent poke in Albuquerque. I stopped in based on recommendations and I'm so glad I did. The inside has a a tiki vibe and the waitstaff was very attentive. The menu has a mix of poke and tacos and I tried both. Both were a hit! Here's what I had: Fish taco- super yum and not greasy with tons of flavor 5 of 5 stars Carnitas taco- very good 4 of 5 stars Chicken taco- great flavor! 4 of 5 stars 505 Poke bowl- a little bit of a kick and a lot of flavor. They didn't go heavy on the mayo which pleases me. 4 of 5 stars! I'll be coming back next time I'm in the 505.

Stopped by Poki Poki Cevicheria last Friday during a stay in ABQ and was super impressed. Poki Poki is a Mexican-Hawaiian fusion featuring build your own bowls that range from traditional poke to traditional Latin American bowls and everything in between. You can mix and match however you want, and everything we had when we went was phenomenal. I ended up sticking the more Hawaiian route and going for a purely poke bowl with Tuna and Salmon, however, I did make the base 1/2 rice and 1/2 tortilla chips to get at least a little taste. The fish was incredibly fresh, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, and my meal was delicious. And I feel like tortilla chips should always be an optio...
